Our tour guide was amazing!! We all had such a great time and the views of the city were amazing!! It was so cool to learn the history behind the buildings and the architecture. There were so many things I didn’t know about Chicago until this tour! We went at 11am and it was the perfect time to go! I would highly HIGHLY recommend! I would for sure go again, hopefully at night this time. Definitely my favorite part of the trip!

No indoor seating area. Chicago weather is not predictable; often quite cold and windy. Just looking at photos, I assumed there's indoor space, but the boat came without any indoor settings.

I must be honest for the price I was expecting much less! This was a fantastic tour, with a great tour-guide, smooth set up the boat and their procedures and a fantastic experience overall. Talk about picture perfect!

Was told to arrive at a certain time and when I arrived they told us our boat had already left when my cousin pointed out that the boat was still parked in the dock the worker told us just to contact corporate. I then contacted customer service and they told us that the itinerary said to arrived 30 minutes early, no where on the confirmation it stated that… just spend almost 100$ for nothing. Truly disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Our confirmations and follow‑up emails do note that guests should plan to arrive about 30 minutes before departure. Similar to airline procedures, our vessels begin their pre‑departure process ahead of time. Even if the boat was still at the dock, it was likely already in that process and no longer available for boarding.
If you contact us directly, we may be able to move your tickets to another tour. We truly want every guest to have the chance to enjoy their experience with us.

It was raining but Chicago at night is still stunning enough. Can't really hear the introduction sitting at the lower deck to not get poured down. Would be nicer if I can hear clearly throughout the boat

The tour guide was very sarcastic and almost negative. I believe he was trying to be funny and that maybe it simply wasn’t my cup of tea.
The directions on how to arrive at your destination are not tourist friendly.
You have to park blocks away and run around to the 4 different umbrella covered tables to find which tour is yours.

We had beautiful weather and our tour guide was informative and funny! Would recommend to others. Only thing I’d suggest is for the tour guide to talk about the buildings coming up and not behind us. It was a lot of turning around in our seats. I forgot his name but he was great otherwise! (Tour 4/26 @ 2:15 pm)

It was very loud in the inside. People who live there and know the history of the city were super loud and rude. They would stand in the windows and block your view. It was freezing outside but my husband and kids would come in and out through out the tour and they were fighting to keep thier seats. It wasn't terrible just not properly run because of no supervision or order. That's crazy we as adults need this but the truth is the truth.

I went with my daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter to the 7:45 pm architectural boat tour and it did not disappoint! Between the beautiful view of the city at night and our tour guide John, we had a really nice time. Even my grand daughter enjoyed all the information. John was very entertaining and a wealth of information. When I come back to Chicago, I will be taking my husband.
