Nice private tour with knowledgeable driver speaking great English

Booked a half-day tour with a private driver to visit Pyramids & Sphinx. Driver arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled pick-up time. He was speaking great English and was very helpful to explain us how to visit the Pyramids complex and the organize our pick-up on the other side at the Sphinx exit. He offered us to visit some outlets on the way - we said no to most but agreed on a stop at the papyrus "factory".
