All Sarajevo Tours & Excursions in 2026

My trip was changed from Sunday to Monday, but I guess it was a blessing in disguise! We were a small, intimate group, with Kristijan as our driver and tour guide. The information he shared about the country’s history, culture, and natural beauty was truly fascinating. His enthusiasm and passion for his country really shone through, making the experience even more engaging and enjoyable. Being part of such a small group allowed us to connect, share ideas, and exchange thoughts on a wide range of topics, which made the day even more special. I believe we all ended the day feeling thoroughly fulfilled by the experience and much more knowledgeable about the country’s history, traditions, culture, and food etc. Many thanks to Kristijan for such an informative, enjoyable, and memorable experience and the lovely group I was fortunate to have this experience with. Highly recommended!

This tour was a great way to see several incredible sights all in one day. Adnan was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge and stories. Even though the day is long, we were surrounded by majestic mountains and sparkling river along the highway almost the entire ride. I only wish we had more time in each location, they were all stunning! It's a beautiful country and I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was incredibly moving and very well organized. Both our guides were survivors and ex Bosnian Army soldiers, who showed a lot of compassion for their persecutors and shared excellent tidbits. It’s sad to see Republika sprska attacking the genocide memorial even now and highlights the importance of never forgetting Srebrenica amongst other atrocities. The drive was very pleasant and comfortable with lunch and water being provided. The tour went to incredibly important places in the region and the museum itself is modern, detailed and thorough.

This is an outstanding and informative tour of the Siege of Sarajevo and larger war in Bosnia. Our guide, Ago, did a great job explaining the complicated war, the atrocities, and less than effective peace. I highly recommend both this tour and the guide, Ago!

Great way to see some more of the country outside of Sarajevo. Our tour guide Kenan was fantastic, we had plenty of free time, transport was comfortable and the locations themselves are lovely. Although it is a long tour it doesn’t feel like too long. Highly recommend and it is good value for money 😊

We saw SO much on our transfer from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik! This was the ultimate way to get from one city to the other and see a ton of sights. Loved Mostar and all of the other shorter stops. September was a great time for this, because many places were not too crowded. Highly recommend doing the transfer if you want to avoid yet another day at the airport and see quite a lot of the country south of Sarajevo! Plan on a full day of touring.

Had a great day transfer from Sarajevo to Belgrade.. Stopped along the way at many interesting places. Our tour guide Jasmin was wonderful and along the way we learned a lot about history and geography. I didn't care for the 45 minute train ride..Don't see anything other than trees. Otherwise everything else was great.

Although this was a very short tour but I feel I learned so much about Bosnia serievo the history and Culture our tour guide Eddie was fantastic spoke fluent English was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Bosnia and we really enjoyed his knowledge and learned a lot We were a small group with enough time to ask questions and he answered every one of them and we all enjoyed the tour
