In this cooking class we will focus on one or two dough dishes that have been prepared since a long time ago, according to an old recipe. The exclusivity is that the guest will learn how to prepare them and cannot order them anywhere, in any restaurant, to eat them. Here the guest will participate in all stages of preparation and will enjoy the taste of traditional local food, ecologically treated and grown with a lot of love. Everything they will eat is locally produced, from their own garden and farm, or picked from the mountain or borrowed from a local farmer.
