Must do day trip for those interested in Cypriot history
Had a great full day trip with Sedat as our private guide. Met right across the border, which was quick and easy to navigate with only your passport. Newer model Toyota Rav 4 was comfortable and we felt very safe at all times. Sedat is a bastion of knowledge of history on both sides of the border and always presented his views as impartial. All stops were interesting and somber at times. Especially great for those more interested in historical context vs. the photo ops. Had an excellent lunch and ended at the beautiful Kyrena Castle and harbor at sunset for a Cypriot coffee, which was magical. Both pickup and drop off were seamless and we had time at the end to do some shopping in the north at the border just at closing and found the perfect accent lights we had been looking for this whole trip, so win, win. Worth every penny to do it the right way.

Tour also suitable for beginners!
We had the 2-hour tour for 44€ per person. The guide Andreas was very good and explained a lot (in English - but it was easy to understand). He took photos for free and sent them to us via email: great memory! We had never ridden a Segway before. Andreas took his time to practice with us so that we could ride the Segways safely. Clean restroom available on-site, cold water, helmets provided, and sunglasses. Great! We can only recommend it!

100% recommended, worth every penny
What a mind-blowing incursion this was! From the eerie ghost resort of Varosha (abandoned after 1974 and still uninhabited today) to the bustling historical centre of Famagusta to the gob-smacking and incredibly well-preserved Roman ruins of Salamis (political and economic capital of ancient Cyprus for over a millennium, through Assyrian, Egyptian, Persian, Roman, and Byzantine rule), to the enchanting Bellapais monastery and finishing in downtown Kyrenia by the harbour. We are humbled by how much we learned about the ongoing painful story of these lands and the people inhabiting them. It was a privilege. Cemal is an amazing guide. I just wish we had more time in Kyrenia.

Deep insight into a divided city
The tour is extremely informative and interesting. Eleni gives an overview over the big picture - the history, politics and facts - as well as a lot of touching anecdotes and insights into the human side of it all. She was very friendly and knew a lot of people who we got to meet and talk to. Also she cherished our conversation and questions and answered every one with patience. Me and my partner warmly recommend this tour. It will leave you with a new understanding of a part of this world and a lot of great Tipps for good food :)
