We had Emma as our tour guide for these half day tour. She is very knowledgeable about the young and old history of Guangzhou. The tour was totally tailored to what we wanted to do. If you don’t know what you want to do that’s no problem either. Emma will ask you enough questions rather the beginning to tailor it to you. It is very helpful to have a guide especially when visiting the old part of the city. I’m confident that it would’ve been a little bit challenging to go out alone because of the language difference.

Fun way to explore Guangzhou by bike!

Overall a fantastic experience of both ancient and modern Guangzhou from the street level. Travellers should always be mindful of rain, especially in the monsoon season. However rain jackets are always provided. Traffic can be tricky and some narrow alleyways to navigate. The wet market was super exciting (the smells can be overpowering). You will need lots of sun screen, water and an attitude to explore

My father and I had a...

My father and I had a 19hr layover in Guangzhou from New Zealand, and wanted to take in some sights while we were there. From start to finish, organizing the tour with Sunny and Linda was so easy. We were picked up from our transfer hotel and escorted in a spacious van with great modern features (our seats were massage chairs!). We then picked up Linda who was kind, attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about every place we went to and the history of Guangzhou. We specifically wanted to see the city night lights so they organized our schedule around that as well. My father has low mobility so was slow walking, but Linda made sure we still got to see the things we wanted and that he had places to sit when needed. The weather was grey with a bit of rain, and they even gave us an umbrella to use because we had not brought one with us. The driver was very good and met us on time at every place. I highly recommend booking with this tour company for a relaxed, friendly and personalised tour! Many many thanks again to your team for looking after us so well!

Lot of fun and excellent lunch

We had an amazing day. The park is huge and requires a lot of walking so sneakers are a must. WIth the help of our guide we managed to follow the path uphill and got the time to take amazing pictures. When coming down the waterfall we were given the choice of either walking or driving a mini-car downhill. Of course we picked the latter and had so much fun. The trip ends with lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch was plentiful and full of choices but the roasted chicken was the best. Perhaps the best I ever had.
