Excellent fruit tasting

We met with Alejandra who ran the tasting for us. She was so pleasant, kind and knowledgeable about everything. She explained all the fruits to us and took the time to answer all our questions. She is so lovely and it was such a great way to spend the afternoon. The venue also sells chocolates and rum tasting kits - I highly recommend the cardamom flavoured bar, it’s insanely good! I would 100% go back again - it’s a great way to spend an afternoon in Colombia! Thank you Alejandra for a wonderful experience!

Great Rooftop Cooking Class

We had such a great time at our cooking class with Jasminne and her assistant! Both were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and patient, and they made everyone feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The instruction was clear and easy to follow, and the class stayed engaging and interactive the whole way through. It was hands-on, fun, and never felt rushed. I'm excited to receive the recipes so I can try them at home! Bonus: the views during our night class were beautiful and made the whole evening feel extra special. A very interesting and recommended experience. The rum and chocolate tasting was exquisite and varied, allowing us to discover and enjoy different flavors and combinations. Adrian was very kind, entertaining, and demonstrated great knowledge of the subject. In addition, he was fully willing to conduct the experience in both English and Spanish, which made it an even more pleasant experience for me. The highlight of my trip to Cartagena

Taking a cooking class was easily the best part of my trip. With only two of us in the group, it felt like a semi-intensive private lesson, and we got plenty of hands-on time and personal attention. Romario was a wonderful teacher. He shared so much about Colombian cooking, from the techniques to the stories behind the dishes, and made everything approachable and fun. We prepared a full three-course meal (arepas rellenas, pescado en bijao con puré, and more), and it felt like a crash course in fine dining cooking. We went home with new skills, the recipes, and very happy tummies. If you love food and want something more memorable than the usual tourist activities, book this class. I'd do it again in a heartbeat if they had offered 3 day or a week long class. Thank you again Romario & Deyanis! 💗

Fun, Interactive, and Delicious Cooking Experience!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! The host had excellent communication and made everything easy from the beginning. The main chef brought so much energy and personality to the class, making it fun, interactive, and entertaining. There was great music, plenty of laughs, and of course, delicious food. The sous chef was bilingual and did a great job translating throughout the class, so the language difference was never an issue. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience that I would definitely recommend!

Our second experience

It is our second experience at the Sibarita Master along with some friends who came from abroad. Overall, excellent organization and logistics. We had a very special time. With regard to food, I did notice a little decrease in the quality of seafood dishes (starters and pastas) compared to our first experience two years ago. It would also be very good to have a live group to animate the tour.
