What are people saying about Utah

Well worth the price and time
Totally awesome. I did this with my sister for a 21st birthday activity while out in the area for a school trip. That said, I'm a college student that loves to travel and try new things while also being on a budget and this fit the bill. I'm from the east coast and wanted some sort of "excursion" out in Utah by Zion whether it be a utv/jeep tour or canyoneering, and amazingly this tour had all of that plus hiking while remaining at a low price that from what I saw, was the minimum for just one of those activities with other companies. So, this was definitely worth the price for me, it had a little bit of everything compressed into one ticket at a super good price. My tour was with Nathan and Parker. I believe Parker has been guiding for quite some time whereas Nathan was just a couple months in (with this company at least) but they were both great, experienced, and balanced each other really well. Nathan was really informative with the area and surrounding environment throughout the tour and Parker was super chill and easygoing with some dry humor (also a great photographer :P). My sister and I ended up doing the tour with another family of four who had a young boy probably no older than 8 or 10. He got super anxious when he was halfway down on the first rappel (which was about 80ft) and expressed that he wanted to go back up (which wasn't possible) but Parker and Nathan were great with reassuring and supporting him through the last half and he completed the rest of the tour without much issue. Nathan and Parker were also super accommodating throughout the whole tour, both on the rappelling and on the hike to the canyon which was steep and through sandy terrain. We took plenty of breaks to not overexert anyone, as our group age range was maybe as young as 8 and went up to 45. I'm not a fan of heights but there was no rush from either guys when it came to descending backwards or going down for the rappels. They also had fun on the UTV ride out to the canyons and raced a little bit when able which my sister and I had a blast on. The only thing I would note on the UTV ride is that the terrain is very bumpy and rough, so you will get jostled around but it was nothing to cause discomfort or anything. My sister gets nauseous when it comes to stuff like that but she look preventative meds prior to the tour and had no issues at all on the UTV ride there or back. UTV ride aside, the hike to the canyon had awesome views of the landscape. Nathan did a good job explaining the causes of the different landscape coloration, pointing out Mt. Carmel, and giving us some neat nerdy facts that were really interesting. The rappels themselves were cool, too. The first rappel is the longest at about 80 feet, and then the other two average maybe 20-30 feet each, but each rappel location was different and unique. On the hike and through the canyon there were maybe 2 or 3 steep drop downs where you had to either sit down and hop off, crouch and jump off, or get a helping hand with, but they certainly weren't anything to deter anyone and both Parker and Nathan were more than willing to assist anyone who did need help. Overall, it was a really great experience for my sister and I. It had everything I wanted to do while out near Zion squished into one ticket for a few hours at a super good price (plus tips for the guys), and I got to see a really cool side of Utah that you can't experience from just a couple hikes.

We had a fantastic...
We had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend doing a guided tour compared to driving it yourself. The road is tough and while my suv would have survived it was very bumpy. Trevino was our guide and was amazing. He was kind and answered all of our questions. He provided insight into the monument valley formation names, history behind them, movie history, Navajo traditions, and photo tips. I would highly recommend doing this if you’re in the area.

More Than Just a Tour
Don was awesome. He showed us how to take beautiful pictures. His knowledge or the past, various movies stars and such and what all they did. Showing more detail in the area that I am sure not everyone else knew about and quite sure the other guides did not nor could not tell. In all, at the end my wife and I thought we just had a three hour college course. Unbelievable and remarkable. Many thanks to Don.

Don’t miss out
Awesome experience with Seth- he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, geology, and rock formations. He was a very skilled and careful driver and my son especially enjoyed the hikes and consideration from Seth. Would absolutely recommend this tour!
