What are people saying about Quebec

Our leader was extremely...
Our leader was extremely knowlegable and shared his knowledge in a way that gave me and my husband more of a sense of Quebec history. He was friendlly, with a good sense of humor. We very much enjoyed the experience. My husband and I are an older couple and we found the walking up as many stair cases as there were to be challanging. It might be helpful to include that information in the advertising.

Walking tour with François H. was awesome!
It was a beautiful Fall clear cloud free blue-sky day, we were lucky from the start. I signed up for 10:30am tour, it is recommended to do so as air felt very crisped and easy to make your plans after for the rest of your day. Our guide was François H. a native of Montreal, very comfort-talker, easy to follow. He is very knowledgeable of history, background of city, Quebec and Canada, it was appreciative of those explained well for foreigners like me. He showed us all major spots you should visit in downtown Old Montreal smoothly together with tips for you to come back later by own and go explore more around. Top point I would like to give was he ended his tour right by restrooms after 2H+ of walking.

Great food tour!
We went on two food tours in three days. The other one was in Montreal, and I wrote a review of that one. This one was fantastic. It got off to a bumpy start when we arrived in time for our 11 a.m. tour, but when I showed our tickets to the guide, she said we weren’t on her list. She made a call and said there had been a miscommunication between Viator and them and she didn’t have room for us, but that we could join the 11:30 tour. I’m not sure how that happens when I had a valid ticket and confirmation number, but oh, well.
Anyway, our 11:30 guide, Sebastien, was delightful, and the tour was great. The first two stops in particular (La Buchette and La Bouche) were fantastic. We had amazing soup at La Bouche, and the duck carpaccio with a maple vinaigrette drizzle at La Buchette was so stellar that we came back for dinner that night and had more of it! (Great restaurant overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.)
Sebastien also did a great job walking us around and showing us sights in Old Town plus giving us history and information about the city.
The last stop was poutine, and I’m sorry, but I just don’t get it. But at least it’s authentic to the region!
Anyway, it was super fun, and I highly recommend it.

What an amazing experience exploring beautiful Quebec City with Luis! He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and absolutely hilarious! His wonderful sense of humor and engaging storytelling made the history come alive. The tour flew by because our entire group was having so much fun! This by far was the best foodie tour I have been on
Other travelers should know that this is an easy walking tour. I use a cane and I had no trouble whatsoever. The choices for food tasting were outstanding. I realize food is an individual choice, but the food that they served us in every restaurant was remarkably good, and everyone in our small group enjoyed it. It was well worth the money and definitely didn’t need dinner, nor should you have eaten lunch beforehand; the guide was knowledgeable an extremely pleasant. They made a commendations for me. by allowing me to meet them at the first restaurant rather than go all the way out of my way from the hotel. I have been on multiple food tours in many different countries, but by far this was the best.

A truly wonderful experience!
Our half-day tour to Montmorency Falls and the charming Isle d'Orleans was truly wonderful. We were six senior family members, and Adam's kindness and thoughtfulness were so very appreciated as we navigated the various sites. Adam's insight and historical knowledge gave in depth meaning to the trip. Also loved his sharing favorite products at the small local purveyors we visited on the island. We will look forward to recommending Adam's tour and engaging his services on future trips.

Local Specialties and Cultural experience
Lucas was a great guide. While taking us to restaurants that provided a wide variety of ethnic and local specialties he also shared the history and interesting facts about the Mile End neighborhood. He gave us lots of suggestions of great places to eat while in Montreal. We sat down at a table at one place, at two we stood outside to eat and at the rest there was limited seating. This could be a problem for people who have difficulty standing for long times or if it is raining.

Wonderful, interesting, informative and very fun tour
I will speak for the seven of us, we absolutely loved our Falls Tour! Our tour guide was very informative and fun. We lucked out with weather and our guide made sure we were all comfortable. We received a lot of great information and he answered every question we had. He was very professional and fun.

Wonderful foodie walking tour in Old Montreal
The walking pace is very doable, and our guide, Louis, gave us all sorts of interesting facts about the city in between tastings.
The food choices were varied and delicious. 5 different stops for bagels & lox; cheeses & cold cuts; Greek salad, red pepper hummus & pita, pork sausages; poutine; and crepes with maple syrup.
Louis had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about his city.

Perfect introduction to Montreal
Our guide, Louise, was an excellent story teller. We enjoyed learning about the history of Montreal from her specific POV. She kept the pace comfortable for everyone and answered questions patiently and knowledgeably. She also shared prime spots not to be missed for the rest of our trip. I’d recommend this tour to anyone, especially first time visitors.

Delightful experience!
Fabulous!! Our tour guide, Celine, was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history of the island and we very much enjoyed all the items we got to taste. Since we are also farmers, we were delighted for the opportunity to visit other farms. 😊

The best way to spend a day in Quebec City!!
A fabulous day! So much to see and learn. Every minute of the tour was great. The views at the falls were beautiful, the walking tour in Quebec City was fascinating and comprehensive, and the cruise was enjoyable. The transportation acccomodations were very comfortable.
