El yunque rainforest tour

Xiani was absolutely awesome, she was very attentive to each and everyone of us in the group! She taught us a bunch of beautiful interesting things about Puerto Rico’s amazing rainforest! 10/10 recommended to have her I traveled with my brother and she took beautiful pictures and videos of us. She also had the best hospitality very humorous!! Love love loved it she was the highlight of the entire day such a fun energetic person to tour with!!

Great first experience on viator!!!

We booked this for our honeymoon. It was our first full day in San juan. The day before we explored San juan on our own but we didn't know where we were going or the significance of each monument. We got to the meeting site and planned to cancel the tour that morning because of the weather. It was pouring down rain but when our guide walked up, he assured us that it would pass. We waited for 5 minutes and the rain stopped. I'm glad we listened! It rained on and off but we found cover for a few minutes before we walked again throughout the tour. The walking tour was very informative. We learned about the history of PR and all of the local spots to visit. Hearing about PR's rich history makes me understand why Puerto Ricans are so patriotic to their country and why they rep it so hard. They should. i have such an appreciation for this island and our tour guide for showing us around. It was a small group which made the experience more enjoyable. Everyone was friendly. It was 8k steps so wear comfy shoes with good traction because of the cobblestones. Other than that, i would book this tour again and again.

Amazing to swim with beautiful turtles!

Had an amazing time snorkeling with Anthony as our guide. Swam with 4 turtles, watched some of them eat... Anthony made sure to get my attention to get close enough to see really well. It was a bucket list trip, loved it, highly recommend! Escambron is a beautiful clean beach with a good food truck on site.

Trip was amazing. The Rainforest is stunning. Even saw a huge iguana. Everyone one of the crew members were unbelievably awesome. There were 2 kids under 10 in our group and they had a blast! They’re pretty easy ziplines. Nothing to be afraid of as the crew members are on point about safety. Even if you’re afraid of heights you can do this!

Best excursion by far!

You actually go through the jungle to do this excursion! It was so exhilarating and it gives you a sense of accomplishment! This is not an excursion that is mainstream. You hike through the jungle, drinking water straight from the waterfalls (fresh and delicious). Then you repel 80 feet!!! I felt very safe and so accelerated after completing this!! 💗🙌 You then take three zip lines and a small trek through the jungle to get back to basecamp. By this point you’re ravenous after your adventure through the jungle There, Abuela a.k.a. grandma has prepared a delicious lunch for you with a nice treat 😋 The guides, Diego and Sammy are phenomenal! Diego is also a great source of knowledge for the local things to do in San Juan. If you’re looking for a good beach to try, bridge jumping, a place to get a drink or to go shopping. He’s your man! I 100%. I’m going back on this excursion when I come back. And I will be bringing my family with me 🙌🌴💚

Great experience!

We went out with Shayla. She did a great job making sure we had what we needed, we knew what we were doing and kept tabs on us in the water so we didnt get too far off course. Also made sure we were seeing everything, as it is easy to miss stuff if you are not looking in the right direction. The jets were easy to operate and made the dive much easier on our legs and out lungs! Her video of our dive was awesome. She did a great job overall. Would definitely look her up again.

Most amazing experience possible! Everything was well organized the staff was AMAZING and attentive. Made sure we all were having a good time and well taken cared of. Made sure a drink in everyone’s hand, They helped anyone that needed an extra hand. (Kids and elders) I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Alberto’s and Jeffrey’s crew 6 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing Views !!

My review is actually a 4.9 only because the path to the last zipline is AWFUL. The steps were steep, skinny, and wobbly. Other than that, the views were absolutely amazing. I felt safe the entire time, the guides were very kind and informative. If you had a question, even if they already said it, they had no problems repeating themselves. I would highly recommend doing this, but just be cautious of the path between the 6th & 7th ziplines. Other than that, the money is WELL worth it !

Great tour

I think it's great that we go the speed we go. It took me a while to adjust but I got a hang on it. I definitely will book this tour again when I visit. I think my favorite part was the animals lol. I recommend hydrating beforehand. One lady at check in was not the best, I asked if my name was called & she sarcastically said, "its 2:50, they start calling at 3" but my guide said he was calling me for a few minutes :/ 🤔 anyways Javier was a great guide, he was losing patience in the beginning because I was slow, but he then motivated me and helped me and I became much better as time went on. Definitely worth it.

Toro Verde is a 10 over 10 experience!

The entire experience was fantastic, from the reservation to the safety gear process, the shuttle ride, to the actual monster Zipline. My family and I visited from Atlanta Georgia for the long 4th of July holiday and Toro Verde was a must see location for us. Izzy did a great job with making us comfortable with our safety gear. Our shuttle driver was very great, he gave us a history of Toro Verde and how he had been with the Company for 16 years😍. The best part was the zip line ride, the scenery was breathtaking. Would 100% recommend to our friends and come back next time we visit Peurto Rico!
