Mesmerizing!!!
Our guide was Nico. Make sure that before booking you will need to walk 45 minutes to reach the coast and swim 20 minutes to reach the cave (same to return). Having said that it is just a beautiful experience! Nico was so nice to take care of my friend’s needs. He made us feel very safe and was patient, polite and courteous. The feeling you get when you go in and when you swim in the lakes is mesmerizing. The stalagmites and stalactites were unbelievable! We were lucky to be a in small group (which everyone was super kind) and on top of that we were the only group in the cave! This activity is a must! You will not be disappointed! And extra bonus if you get Nico as your guide.

Wonderful fun in the sun!
Wonderful tour. We were collected from the cruise ship at 9am after being provided by very detailed instructions via a voice note on how to find the guide . The tour was great and Ralf was very friendly and informative. I enjoyed the tour so much that I will be doing it again when we return in the summer.

The best ever DO IT!!!
So unbelievable—the instructors truly made the trip. It wouldn’t have been the same without them. They were hilarious, informative, safety-focused, communicative, and so easygoing. I honestly couldn’t recommend this experience enough—it was the absolute highlight of our vacation. I’d do it again 100 times over and recommend it to absolutely anyone. It really isn’t difficult I think anyone that can do basic motions can do it, and they are patient and can assist with certain parts for the people who need more care and do so amazingly! BOOK IT HERE!!!!!

Amazing rappelling/cave adventure
We had a wonderful time on this adventure! There were seven of us in the group, ranging from 12-50 years old, all traveling together. There were so many different things to do, and each was an activity on its own. We hiked to get to the site, then put wet suits on (more difficult for some of us than others!), then climbed to the top of the cliff. Then we rappelled (abseiled- just another word) off the cliff into the water, one by one. We later tried to guess how high the cliff was, and we don’t really know, but guessed between 70-100 feet. After that, we had to swim (in fairly choppy water) to the cave entrance. The cave is an entirely different world. There were stalactites and stalagmites everywhere, throughout multiple rooms. In some areas we swam. The cave was truly amazing. After the cave, we swam back to the shore in rough waters, took off our wet suits, then hiked back to the entrance. We were all exhilarated and exhausted. Our guide, Xisco, was wonderful. He was patient and encouraging. Those of us that needed a little extra help (me) never felt like a nuisance. He even towed a couple of us back to shore (swimming himself). Some recommendations that may not be obvious when booking the trip: You need athletic shoes. And they WILL get wet. You’ll need to bring water. You can bring your phone but you’ll have to leave it unattended for over a couple hours (we did not bring ours). Xisco took pictures for us, including of the rappelling and inside the cave. And wear a swimsuit for under the wet suit. You’ll be offered a life jacket. Unless you’re an excellent swimmer, I’d accept the life jacket. It’s really hard to swim in a wet suit, although it does keep you somewhat buoyant. Again- highly recommend! Thank you, Xisco!
