Great time.
This was a great experience. We learned a great deal about thoroughbreds, their training, and heritage. Were able to be up close and pet a few beautiful horses. Also got to see the beautiful Keenland Racetrack
Our host was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Fun to get out walking and see areas of Louisville we likely would have missed.
This was just about the perfect amount of walking, guided by a wonderful guy who was flexible enough to let us deviate away from the walk when we really wanted to take some pictures and then dash back. We saw areas of Louisville that probably we would’ve never seen. Really glad we went.

Fabulous tour
Buffalo Trace tour shows the history of this distillery buildings and production! It was a spectacular experience with our tour guide Tony! The gift shop was filled with so much merchandise! It was a dreamy day and we not only sampled but purchased 2 bottles of Blanton!

Interesting and Fun Tour
This is an excellent tour. Jeff is so knowledgeable and a real entertainer. The horse farms are beautiful and it was so interesting to learn about them. The only issue we had was a change to the pickup place that we didn't receive but when we called the tour contact number the issue was resolved quickly. Great service!

You Have To Do This Tour!
Fantastic tour, the other reviewers did not lie! We had Elena who was so wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. In addition to great food and history we also got quirky stories that made it so much more interesting. The walking was easy, nothing too strenuous. We stopped at five very different places which made it that much more fun. If you are coming to Lexington this is a must do activity!

Stress free great time
Driver met us at The Omni Hotel which is a fantastic place. I recommend staying there but they were sold out on the weekend we went. Our driver was great. She took us to 3 distilleries for tours and tasting. B&C did all the scheduling and we just showed up. No worries about any extra bourbon shots and having to drive. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be doing it again.

Great experience!
As a Louisvillian I wanted to try a new experience and this one didn’t disappoint! Allison was a great tour guide and I got to try some new restaurants, food, and drinks. My friends and I had a great time and would love to try another tour from Louisville Food Tours in the future!

Old Louisville tour
We came to Louisville on 3 generation family vacation. We decided to take a tour to learn about the city and it's history. We could just drove around to see the Old Louisville neighborhood but hearing about the original owners and builders was very interesting. Frances was extremely informative, great personality and chatted with all of us. Planning on coming back in October to take the Ghost tour.

Amazing Bourbon Tour!
Amazing! This was our first tour of the trip, and Bourbon Bites truly set the bar. Our guide, Jorg, was professional, knowledgeable, and took us to some incredible distilleries in Bardstown. We even had the chance to enjoy lunch at The Bar at Willett — an AMAZING EXPERIENCE from start to finish!

Old Louisville Ghost Walk
It was a cool , rainy night which added to the spooky theme of the Ghost Tour. Our tour guide was Angelique was so knowledgeable of the Old Louisville Victorian area. She. Add the stories come alive. Definitely would recommend, just for the architecture alone. Will schedule other themed walks in the future.

Do this tour first!
Do this tour first in Cincinnati. It will save you a lot of time and help you prioritize what you want to see.
It took us to many places with great narration by our driver and guide Anthony and we saw detailed videos within the air conditioned van.
Bring a notepad to note the places you want to to return to on your own since the tour only stops (for 15 Min) at the stunning art deco Union Train station.

If your brain wants to automatically add either “derby” or “bourbon” after the word “Kentucky,” that’s understandable—the state is rightly famous for both. As such, there are dozens of Kentucky tours to horse farms so you can see the sleek thoroughbreds up close. You can also traverse the bourbon trail on tours that stop at some of Kentucky’s most famous distilleries. Other options include guided walks through historic Louisville, visits to the National Corvette Museum, or food-focused walks through Lexington.
