We had a great time....
We had a great time. Paolo was very friendly and informative. During the trip he provided a wealth of information about Finnish culture and society. He also made great recommendations for restaurants, other sights to see, and where to get the best cinnamon rolls.

Renewing and Refreshing Forest experience
This is a unique and wonderful way to experience the nature and beauty of Finland complete with traditional meal prorated over campfire. The description is 100% accurate. We had the best day with our guide “Annie”. We learned so much about the forest, about the connection of the Finnish people to nature and some great stories. The soup was exceptional and cooked over campfire just added to the experience. Important to add she is a great driver as well as chef. Very thoughtful to special dietary needs in group and making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. No issues with distance or pace - perfect. Highly recommend!

Well worth the effort
This was a great little tour that gave us a nice insight into the older parts of Tallinn. We did a one-day trip from Helsinki and the team did a fantastic job getting us there. They arranged a pickup from, and return, our hotel and clear instructions on how to get the n the ferry and where to meet upon arrival.
Anastasia was our guide and as he was fantastic. She had interesting in as nights and was quite skilled at keeping us on time. Moving amongst a number of much larger tour groups, she could have a second job herding cats in a storm!
The tour lasted two hours and ended with Anastasia showing us where we would be picked up. After doing that, she left (her job was done) and we got about our self-paced tour.
The driver was on time and left when we were told he would leave. You have very specific times to be at the ferry and they were intent on getting us there on time. .
One member of our group, who was traveling alone, did not make it to the pickup point and we left without her. I texted the tour operator so they knew and could reach out to her. We had some bad weather roll in and, as it turns out, she had taken a taxi to the ferry.
All in all, a great way to get a nice walk through Tallinn. The information you get can help focus where you may want to spend more time when on your own time.

Great experience! Mikhail...
Great experience! Mikhail is very knowledgeable. We would not have been able to see as much of Helsinki, let alone understand what we were seeing, if it weren't for Mikhail. Harbors, markets, residential neighborhoods, and Helsinki's modern library are just some of the highlights.

Helsinki in Two Hours!
A shuttle from the cruise terminal is necessary to meet the local tour guide in the center of Helsinki especially if you have a set meeting time. Luckily, there was a free port shuttle that took us to a spot not too far from Senate Square, our appointed meeting spot. Unfortunately, our tour guide, Kerstin, had different instructions from Viator, so I had to text Kerstin after we had waited for 15 minutes or so. She replied that she was about 5 minutes away, and once she arrived, we set off on a whirlwind tour of Helsinki highlights. Senate Square with the pastel colored Cathedral, Umiversity and Parliament buildings was the best square in Helsinki. Close by was the artisan’s and food open market next to the smaller harbor. We strolled through the open market and tasted the specialties of Finland on our way to the Old Market, the beautifully preserved wooden structure with equally impressive wooden stalls that now hold food stuffs from around Finland as well as the world rather than the fruits and vegetables and fish and meat that used to fill the stalls. We walked through Esplandi park right in the center of Helsinki and ended up at the Central Train Station which has been maintained and whose dining area is now restored to its former glory as a restaurant with Finnish specialties, and NOT Burger King. Kerstin was informative and conscientious. We told her we wanted to return to the ship by shuttle, so she made sure to route the tour, so we would end up at the shuttle stop within 2 hours time. Thank you, Kerstin, for making our brief stop in Helsinki worthwhile!

A Perfect Day Exploring Helsinki’s Architecture, Design, and Culture with Olga
Our tour of Helsinki with Olga was absolutely incredible. From the moment we began, she tailored the day perfectly to fit our large group and our shared interest in Helsinki’s unique architecture and design. Her knowledge was outstanding—not only did she provide fascinating history and details at every stop, but she also brought the city to life with stories and insights we never would have discovered on our own.
Olga did an amazing job balancing the needs of a larger group while keeping the experience personal, engaging, and fun. She made sure we saw the most beautiful and interesting parts of the city, with a special focus on the architecture and design that make Helsinki so unique.
She also went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the local culture, including making sure we had the chance to try reindeer and local licorice! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more memorable.
If you are visiting Helsinki, I cannot recommend Olga highly enough. She made our day truly special and unforgettable.

Archipelago adventure
A brilliant trip out into the natural world to see the archipelago and experience some stunning and remote Finnish wildlife. Jeff looked after us at every step, explaining all the flora and fauna we saw, cooking us dome delicious salmon soup with rye bread, cinnamon roll for afters and blueberry juice and sea buckthorn shots to wash it down with, and giving us some free time to explore. As there were only two of us, we had Jeff's undivided attention and he really made us feel welcome and looked after. We saw many birds, quite a few deer and found some interesting trees and plants too. On our return, Jeff even dropped us right by our hotel. An absolute highlight of our trip.

Paulo!
I did a tour with Paulo in January 2026, and it was an outstanding experience. Paulo was professional, knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely honest. He delivered exactly what was promised and made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable.
You can tell he takes pride in his work; clear communication, great local insight, and no pressure or gimmicks. Just a solid, well-run tour with a guide you can trust.
Highly recommend Paulo to anyone considering this tour. I’d happily book with him again.

Our guide Sergei was very...
Our guide Sergei was very knowledgeable and we did learn a lot about Estonia. Our group did appreciate the extra time we had at the end of the tour. He recommended grabbing a bite at Olde Hansa (medieval restaurant). It was a trip back in time. Highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend, excellent
Emek was an amazing guide. His knowledge of history, politics, Finland and Helsinki in general was very extensive. He provided a very thorough tour explaining the architecture through the ages and how Helsinki grew. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and Emek as a guide.

Recommend
My experience was a little different because I was the only one on the tour so Francisco took me on a walking tour instead and then we went on the ferry to see the fortress. Which is a must do. But it was great and I appreciated the effort for just me.
