Take a jacket & brolly...
Take a jacket & brolly just in case of wet cold weather. There are steps along the way. Gourdon was under clouds so didnt see much. The actual town is very quaint

Amazing day In the villages - not to be missed!
Shout out to Philippe - our driver and tour guide. He organized the day so well that our timing was really great. We were at each place before it got really crowded. He was funny and informative and we really enjoyed seeing all of the villages as well as the perfume factory tour. The guys in our group weren't sure about that but they really liked seeing the chemistry side of how everything was made. So guys - this is for you too! The views from the villages are amazing. Not to be missed!

Great stops with time to explore!
The stops are wonderful! We saw so much and learned so much! It was not fun being in such a large group. It was 3 vans full of people with only one guide. Therefore, it was difficult to hear his good explanations at times. Also, we were in the third row of a van and it was uncomfortably warm.I think the tour should have provided at least one bottle of water.

Great tour!
My wife and I had a great time, the tour covered alot. One thing to note, we did not visit the Fragonard perfume factory, we went to Galimard, not complaining but just mentioning this as we were not told there was a change. 2nd, it our trip we were to be picked up in Villefranche as this was offered to us. The tour guide said that this was not an option and we had to Uber to Nice. Just want to let others know in case you encounter the same issues.

Gourdon
  • If visiting Gourdon, come prepared with cash; the village boasts numerous souvenir shops and artisans selling perfumes, handmade goods, and local treats.
  • Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen; given its exposed, hilltop position, Gourdon experiences strong, direct sunlight during the summer months.
  • Be sure to bring your camera, as Gourdon’s views encompass 50 miles (80 kilometers) of the French Riviera.
  • Though parts of the village are hilly and uneven, Gourdon is mostly paved throughout, and wheelchair-accessible.
