What a fantastic time we had! When we arrived, we were told the experience usually lasts over an hour and a half. However, as we were with my disabled dad, the team were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged a very generous 45-minute experience for us. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. The location itself isn’t the most scenic, and when you first arrive, it can feel a little unusual, but don’t let that put you off! We had a brilliant time, and the experience was so much fun. Our guide was incredibly helpful, calm and reassuring, and we had plenty of laughs along the way. They also took professional photos during the experience, which cost 200 dirhams. We had absolutely no problem with this, as the experience was fantastic and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our parents. Having those memories captured professionally was well worth it! The experience was rounded off perfectly with traditional tea, served by a lovely lady who was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Overall, a fantastic experience with genuinely lovely people who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Everything was on time, the organisation was good, and communication was easy. Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Marrakech. The only thing we didn’t like was wasting over 30 minutes in a so-called “pharmacy” listening to a presentation and sales pitch for argan oil, spices, and other products. It felt much more like an organised marketing stop than part of the actual tour. We don’t think we should have to spend such a significant part of a paid excursion listening to a sales presentation. We would much rather have spent that time exploring Marrakech. Apart from that, everything was fine and went according to plan.

I would recommend this trip if you'd like a private trip for you and your family. I find private so much better as you aren't running on anyone else's time. And this is perfect for adults and kids alike. We spent roughly 1.5hrs camelback through the hills and 'desert', hassan was incredible. I would do this again if I return :-)
