Tid for Yoga is a small, family-run studio where every guest is welcomed personally by me, Helene, the founder of the studio. With years of teaching experience and more than 1,370 hours of professional yoga education, including advanced training in Yoga Therapy, I offer gentle, therapeutic classes that are accessible to everyone. I adapt every class to the participants and will ask upon arrival if you have any wishes or needs for what you might need during class. I teach yin, restorative, dragon dance yoga, dynamic yoga, therapeutic yoga and more. Small groups allow for a personal experience, and after class you're invited to stay for a cup of tea while receiving personalised recommendations for beautiful viewpoints, cafés, walks and hidden gems around Bergen.
