Next, visit the Coffee Museum and meet Efraim, a young Santomean company exporting 100% organic coffee. They'll guide you through the coffee bean transformation process. The journey ends in São Tomé at Diogo Vaz shop, where you can buy local souvenirs (chocolate, coffee, pepper, vanilla...) and enjoy a cup of coffee.
