Learn the Ikarian wine-making process and learn the history of ancient *pramnios* wine on this group tour of the Karimalis Winery. See traditional antiquated wine-making machinery, storage containers, and tools, and compare those items to their current counterparts. Wine tastings are included, with accompanying goat’s cheese, olives, and pre-leavened hand-kneaded bread.

Lemnos sunsets are rightly famous. Watch the sun set behind Mt. Athos, across the water, as you savor some of the island's finest wines, cheeses, breads, and sweet treats on this private foodie experience. Learn about the island's long wine-making history, local varietals and wineries, as you pair dry wines with tangy cheese and wrap up with dessert wines and sweet specialties.

The adventure begins at the historic Theoktisti Monastery, a peaceful retreat hidden in a pine forest where you'll discover one of Ikaria's most treasured landmarks. We then visit Afianes Winery in Raches, a family-owned estate where generations of the Afianes family have combined tradition and innovation to create award-winning wines. The final stop is Tsantiris Winery, where four generations of the Tsantiris family produce organic wines from Ikaria's native grape varieties. Enjoy a guided wine tasting, sample the traditional Begleri, and watch the sunset over the Aegean Sea. This tour is the perfect combination of history, local traditions, and the authentic flavors of Ikaria.
