Each pairing showcases the nuances of our cool-climate wines and their ideal complements. Along the way, your host will share insights into our story, the Mornington Peninsula’s unique terroir, and key pairing principles, making this a relaxed yet enriching experience.

Our Scent Library Candle Making experience gives you the opportunity to design your very own candle fragrance. You can choose from 40 different fragrances making something truly personalised. Your host will guide you through the process of blending a fragrance providing information about candle making along the way.

Take a deep dive into the unique terroir of sub regional Mornington Peninsula. This intimate experience hosted in our private tasting room, will take you on an in-depth exploration of our vineyard sites and their individual characteristics. This is a rare opportunity to taste through a selection of limited release wines. Our wine host will also provide an overview of our story, the history of the region and a detailed look at what makes the Mornington Peninsula the perfect place to produce cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The masterclass will include two limited release wines as well as a selection of six current release wines.
