If you are the type of traveler who prefers the authentic essence of a city over its flawless, postcard-like facade—and if you want to explore on your own, without it being obvious that you are a "tourist"—then you have come to the right place. This tour is 100% private and personalized. Here I will show you the entire city and its main attractions, but we will also delve into small neighborhoods with their own style and characteristics. If you are visiting only for a couple of days, when you leave you can be sure that you really made the most of your time here and got to know Montevideo like very few visitors do. If you have more days, you will already have an idea of which points you want to return to by dedicating more time to them. It is really a long journey, and the possibility of doing everything will depend on how early we start and how long we stop in each place. For my part, I will dedicate the whole day to this Tour, so I don't have a set finishing time.

Its entrance allows you to live a real tango night in the historic Baar Fun Fun, an icon of Montevideo since 1895, managed by the fourth generation. The experience includes access to the legendary Baar Fun Fun, table reservation, glass of Uvita, typical bar drink and live tango show with professional dancers. The Baar Fun Fun, named Cultural Heritage of the city, has been declared of Tourist Interest by the Intendence of Montevideo and Cultural Interest by the Ministry of Education and Culture, in recognition of its historical, cultural value and its living contribution to the Montevidean identity. The tables and the historic counter were attended by key figures of Rio Plata tango. Among them Carlos Gardel, who visited the bar in 1933, during his stay in Montevideo, tried the traditional Uvita and according to the history of the place, even went as far as singing informally for those who were present. That anecdote is now a living part of identity and mystique.
