Together, we will pound the coffee beans to remove them from their shells, roast them, grind them, and finally enjoy a cup of homemade coffee! After this, we will take a 45-minute hike to Materuni Waterfall. Note that the terrain can be quite muddy, so wear appropriate shoes. Enjoy the beauty of Mt. This is an active tour and it require high fitness level with aproximately 30 km loop where about the first half of that will be climbing and other part cruising at a relaxed pace. The 5 to 6 Days Marangu route Kilimanjaro climbing, joining or sharing or private or group is also referred to as the "Coca-Cola" route, as it is considered to be the easiest path on the mountain, given its gradual slope and direct path. It is the oldest and the most well established route on the Kilimanjaro. This is the only route which offers sleeping huts in dormitory style. Guests are supplied with mattresses and pillows, but sleeping bags are still required. The huts have communal dining halls, basic washrooms and toilets The short time frame of the route makes altitude acclimatization fairly difficult. The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the southeast. Marangu is unfortunately less scenic than the other routes because the ascent and descent are along the same path. Lemosho Route: Approaching from the west, the Lemosho route is a relatively new route and is one of the best for scenery. It is one of our highly recommended routes, not only for its stunning scenery, but also due to its steady incline and better acclimatization. The first two days of the climb are quiet and have relatively low traffic, before joining the more popular Machame route. Time period is 7days and 8days.
