Day Trips from Galway to Aran Islands

The Cliffs of Moher are a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Ireland’s most memorable landmarks, but most tours only take in the views from the shore. On this full-day tour from Galway, admire the cliffs from the sea on a cruise to the Aran Islands; visit Inisheer, Doolin, and The Burren, then hike along the cliff-tops.

The Aran Islands are not accessible by car, making the ferry or a plane some of the only ways to get to them. This Aran Islands Inisheer and Inishmore Private Pub Tour from Galway allows you to experience the beauty of the area and its magnificent pubs while taking care of flights from and to the Connemara International Airport for you. Enjoy delicious food and drinks and explore the islands.

Head out to the gorgeous Aran Islands on this hassle-free small-group bike tour from Galway. Your guide organizes all the details, so you just need to show up ready for an adventure. You cover a lot more ground by bike than walking, so you see lots of landmarks including castles, ancient ruins, shipwrecks, and more. Explore Doolin and the Burren region, too.
