This was an all around awesome experience! Easy transportation from hotel on the strip, very communicative and a super fun amazing time in the desert. Well worth it! Even in the summer heat.
Awesome tour of the desert. Great lunch feels like going back in time. The entire team was amazing. Big thanks to Branden, Nick, Natalie and Steven for making this adventure unforgettable
I don't usually do reviews; so when I do it means it was an exceptional experience. Everyone was so kind, patient and making sure we were having the time of our lives! My husband, daughter& I have been in Las Vegas for a week and this has been the best experience so far! Hats off to our guides Nick and Brenden! If you want a wild, exhilarating experience give these guys a try! You won't forget it!
What a great day! Steve and Nick were helpful and professional all day, helpful on the trail and knowledgeable about all of our questions. I will put this on my list anytime I’m in Vegas. The rest of the staff that we met were great. There was a group with us that did not speak great English and the staff took time to help them with the trip.
What an awesome experience! The owners were absolutely phenomenal and made this so much more enjoyable. Lunch at the saloon was the highlight for us! This was definitely a bumpy, dusty and rocky ride. We now appreciate our straight roads back home. Definitely recommend and will be back again for sure!

Desert RZR Adventure with Lunch at the Historic Pioneer Saloon
My experience was with the Desert RZR Adventure with Lunch at the Historic Pioneer Saloon tour.
If you are an adrenaline junkie and are looking for an awesome, fun and exciting off-roading experience this is the company and group of folks you want to book with. My family and I had so much fun and blew our expectations. I've driven with other tour groups in the valley and there is no comparison to these guys. I spoke with Jeff, the co-owner, over the phone and he was great to deal with. He handled my reservation and gave me a thorough run down of what to expect. The pick up from Bellagio was a breeze. They communicated how many minutes they were away and also confirmed the pick up reservation the night before. There is no fee for the shuttle pick up as well. Our driver for the shuttle was Steve and he was a pleasure to speak with. He was giving us some tips and amping us up on the way to basecamp. He kept saying how much fun we were going to have and how the trails were so diverse, he wasn't wrong.
When we arrived every one of the workers, including the mechanic, greeted us and shook all of our hands. I was impressed with the professionalism provided by the team. They made us feel welcomed and I felt like I was in great hands. They immediately got us fitted for helmets and we got straight to business with the safety brief and picking our lunch at Pioneer Saloon. Ghost burger at the saloon was delicious and was not too spicy for my taste. It was recommended by the guys. After our brief they gave us a quick demo on operations of the RZR 1000. These are brand new vehicles that have a lot of power and you will definitely feel it in your ass-dyno. Each vehicle has an on board radio system so you can hear the passenger in your car as well as the tour guide. You can also connect your phone to the RZR via bluetooth to listen to music. The speakers are really loud, so you will hear it over the engine. The RZRs are super fun and fast, but please, please, please be responsible and do not abuse these things. They are pricy to fix and a broken RZR doesn't help these guys at all and I want them to have all the success in the business, because they are the real deal and want to provide everyone with an exceptional and exciting experience. Plus, the guys are just hardworking dudes trying to do them best for their customers.
Our tour guide on the excursion was Nick. Real cool dude who knew so much about the trails and was able to gauge our skill level just by observing our driving. He asked if we had experience with the RZRs before, which we did, but still wanted to make sure we could handle the trails. It was a new trail for me, so I didn’t want to push it too much in the beginning. He would tell us before hand about any sharp curves or cautious ares that would come up, so we could avoid them. From the start of the tour we were driving for at least an hour to 1 hour 20 min. Just ripping through the desert, but also doing some more technical work as well. It was a hell of a ride. We took a quick break, had a snack, which they provide and then we got back on the trail. We drove another 45 - 50 minutes to the Saloon, again just ripping the trails. It was awesome. Not going to lie, I got a little swirly and had to calm myself down, but you go at your own pace that you feel comfortable with. Nick drove far enough ahead, so he could call out any issues and so you’re not getting dusted out and can see the trail.
His knowledge of the terrain and the saloon was impressive. He, like myself, are native born and raised Vegas kids, so it was pretty cool just hearing how he got into the business and some of the stories and experiences he had with the RZRs and other faster, more powerful vehicles in the Polaris family. Nick was really easy to talk to and I noticed he had a really good rapport with the staff at Pioneer Saloon, so the staff at the saloon took real good care of us and we got our food right away. After lunch at the saloon we headed back to base camp which was about another 20 -30 minute ride. Again ripping through the trails. At no point during the tour were we putting around on a flat straight. If there were no huge rocks or technical routes we were hauling ass and taking names. In total I think our trip odometer read we had gone somewhere between 70-75 miles. Thats a lot of desert we were sending it with these RZRs!
I don’t normally write reviews this long, but the entire experience from the moment I made the booking, the call with Jefferey, meeting the shuttle driver, the crew at basecamp and everything was just so impressive and blew me away. The hospitality and friendliness of everyone was beyond 5 stars. Sounds cliche, but these guys and this company set the standard for off-road tours and experiences. I would recommend these guys and this company in a heartbeat to anybody hands down. I plan to go back as a graduation present to my cousin once he finishes college and gets his license. Looking forward to another awesome experience. And Jeff - if you’re reading this dude. Just know you got a great bunch of guys working for you over there. Nick is an awesome dude and he just made the tour that much better for all of us. Really everyone did, so I very much appreciated being a part of your tour and your customer base. Until next time!
WOW!! What an amazing day with exceptional customer service! I don't typically leave reviews, but I definitely wanted to shout out this experience. Everyone we came in contact with appeared to love their job. Brenden our head guide went above and beyond to make sure we made memories that will last a lifetime. We felt like we showed up as customers and left feeling like family with a big hug and wave goodbye. Our day took us through so many different terrains and driving experiences. There was never a dull moment and we had LOTS of time behind the wheel. Safety was of #1 importance to the staff. We never felt unsafe. We were able to go at our own pace (never have driven these before) but easily progressed in skill throughout the day. Lunch at the saloon was hot and ready per our order as we sat down and soooooo good! We appreciated all the small details that made the day special. Thank you to everyone for exceeding our expectations!
My husband and I had a great day riding and visiting the Pioneer Saloon. Our guide Brendon was awesome and great at leading us through the trails. The whole entire team are organized and professional from the moment we got picked up at our hotel in the morning and throughout the day! Pioneer Saloon was very interesting and the burgers were good.
They went above and beyond when I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses in the storage compartment of the Razor X we rode in. Natalie contacted me immediately when they found the glasses and dropped the glasses off at our hotel knowing we did not have any way to get back to their location (45 minutes away).
