Entrance to the permanent and temporary exhibits is ticketed. Under-18s get free entry.

The center is accessible to wheelchair users, and a limited number of wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed.

There are indoor and outdoor areas to explore, so dress appropriately for the season—Towada experiences very cold, snowy winters.
