Entrance to the museum is ticketed, with cheaper tickets for school students.
There’s very limited English-language information here; if you don’t read Japanese, either go with a private guide or read up on the festival and exhibits before you visit.
The museum is accessible, with an elevator and a spiral ramp that visitors follow from the top to the bottom of the building.
