We were met as expected and had a good feeling when one of the airport security guards had a warm greeting for our driver. Our driver spoke no English but we were able to get things done bours was a late arrival to a private rental and he helped us get in touch with the owner as they were not there to meet us. Very friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

Very good service, had our names on a booth and no issues at all. Marcela was helpful as I was trying to find our name as I was looking for a person with name board but the name as mentioned was on the first booth on a screen near the exit door and we found it easily.

My flight from Buenos Aires was delayed and I would be arriving into the airport at Ushuaia after 10 pm. My driver was waiting patiently for me at the airport, with a sign showing my name. I regret not recalling her name but her English was excellent and she was helpful, pointing out landmarks that helped get me oriented to the port city. I likely will book them again for my return trip to the airport.

Horrible experience. Although we knew we were on a ride-share, and expected to have to wait while the driver dropped other passengers off, what we did not expect was to be kept hostage by a tour guide trying to hard-sell everyone tour packages. At one point, she followed guests into their hotel to set up additional tours with them. After waiting in the van for 20 minutes, we went in to find out what was going on and found the guide sitting at a table with all of her travel brochures spread out, trying to talk passengers into booking with her. What should have been maybe a 30 minute trip turned into 90 minutes aggressive sales pitch for the company’s other tours. It was not what we signed up for. Save yourself the aggravation and find any other way to get from the airport.

Viator was great--very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Gray Line Argentina was not. It said that you had to confirm with them ahead of time, but they did not respond to emails. Then, we got a confirmation the morning that we were arriving.....but they did not show up at the airport to pick us up! We waited until we were the last ones at the airport and they were closing down. I asked someone for help and luckily, he called another transport company for us. Not a great way to start our vacation.
