An excellent independent tour. Guide and driver very good. Plenty of stops for viewing scenery, with explanation from guide. Train is cramped when full, but scenery makes up for this. Commentary is in several languages. Clear and helpful information. Only criticism is could do with a bit more time at certain stops. But, accept timings prevent this. Overall, worth the money we paid.

The tour at Tierra del Fuego National Park was amazing! The scenery was breathtaking, with mountains, forests, and the sea all in one place. The train ride added a special touch, full of history and stunning views. Our guide was fantastic — very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the park’s nature and stories. It was the perfect mix of adventure, learning, and beauty. Truly a memorable experience at the End of the World! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ushuaia.

The train ride to the End of the World was a lot of fun, especially taking a picture with the prisoners, prior to boarding the train. Be sure to buy the picture, it’s a great keepsake! Tierra Del Fuego National Park was simply amazing, Pablo our guide took us to all the best and most beautiful spots in the park to include the snowy, landscapes.

    Afternoon National Park/ Train .

    Ncole_O, Feb 2026
is very well organized tour! thru all the messages it went very smooth. We started. In a shuttle bus/ van on Main Street where you see a train replica/ a husky statue and quad and tge ticket office is just inside. When you to get out of city center you go to the fairly recently renovated train station. What a great job they did! It looks amazing , very vintage indeed! With “ actors” dressed up and a fun photo taken youbthen take the “ End of the World train”- ( it was very cozy with small narrow doors/ mini banquet seats and wooden interior. ) the 7 kilometers runs through a passageway by lakes, Lago Roca, ( Lake Roca), Bahia ensenada.( bay/ cove) Bahia zaratiegui, Bahia Lapataia, There are wonderful views of the surrounding low lying houses and the mountains, . It was a beautiful day and we had a great guide and great English !0

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Thank you so much for your detailed and enthusiastic review. We’re very pleased to know that everything felt smooth and well organized from the first messages through the end of the tour. Clear communication and coordinated logistics are an essential part of how we operate, especially in a destination like Ushuaia. It’s wonderful to read your impressions of the renovated train station and the vintage atmosphere of the End of the World Train. The recreation of the historic 7-kilometer route, combined with the scenery of Tierra del Fuego National Park, creates a very distinctive experience — particularly on a beautiful day like the one you had. We also truly appreciate your kind words about the guide and the English provided during the tour. With 21 years of experience, our local team places great importance on delivering clear, professional, bilingual interpretation so visitors can fully connect with the history and landscapes of the region. Thank you for choosing to explore the End of the World with us. We hope the memories of that afternoon in Tierra del Fuego stay with you for a long time. Warm regards, Mara.

    Ok

    Thomas_S, Feb 2026
The tour guide was really good, but overall I kind of said it was just a tourist trap and not really worth the money. The train was like just a small train through the woods that didn’t go very fast or see anything unique. Some of the parks were cool, but I feel like we could’ve just driven through that for the price with a rental car. All in all it was just an OK experience, but it could’ve been better if it was much less expensive. Also, the post office is at the end of the world was being torn down while we were there, which was sad because It was one of the highlights of this tour I wish we would’ve been told that ahead of time

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We appreciate your positive words about the guide — professional, bilingual guiding is an essential part of this experience, especially in a place where history and landscape are so closely connected. Regarding the Train at the End of the World, it is indeed a tourist attraction, but also one of Ushuaia’s most internationally recognized experiences. The railway recreates the last 7 km of the original route used by the prisoners of the former penal colony to transport firewood. Its value lies less in speed or distance and more in the historical context and symbolism of traveling along that reconstructed section of railway within Tierra del Fuego National Park. We understand that the perception of this experience can be subjective and may resonate differently with each traveler and different viewpoints are valid, as expectations and interests naturally vary from person to person. This excursion is designed to optimize time for visitors — particularly those with limited hours in Ushuaia — combining the park’s main highlights with the historic train journey in a structured and well-paced itinerary. While visiting independently by rental car is certainly an option, it offers a different type of experience and does not include the historical interpretation, bilingual guiding, and coordinated logistics that are part of this tour. In terms of pricing, it’s worth noting that bookings made through international platforms such as Viator include their internal commissions, which can increase the final cost compared to direct booking. Regarding the post office, we understand how disappointing it can be when a site you were hoping to see is not fully accessible but we do not manage or control the infrastructure or individual sites within the national park. Even so, Ensenada Zaratiegui remains one of the park’s most scenic points, valued for its views of the Beagle Channel, Redonda Island, and the distinctive “flag trees” shaped by the Patagonian winds. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite the aspects you mentioned, you take with you lasting memories of the unique landscapes of Tierra del Fuego. Kind regards, Mara.

    Highly recommended

    Charlotte_D, Feb 2026
Eileen was great. Very informative and always open for discussion and questions. I love the smaller group tours.

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Thank you so much for your feedback Charlotte! We’re delighted to know that Aylin made the experience engaging and open to conversation. Creating space for questions and genuine interaction is an important part of how we guide — it allows the landscapes and history of Tierra del Fuego to be explored in a more meaningful way. This excursion is designed to offer a complete experience of the national park and the End of the World Train, combining nature, history, and thoughtful organization. Behind it is a local team with 21 years of experience, people who truly love Ushuaia and take pride in sharing it with travelers from around the world. Thank you for choosing to discover the End of the World with us. We hope the experience stays with you long after your visit. Warm regards, Mara.

Nice taste of Ushuaia & Tierra del Fuego

    Jo_T, Feb 2026
Relaxing tour of Ushuaia very informative. Beautiful views within the national park. Views from the train were nice. Our tour guide was so lovely and very accommodating.

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Thank you for sharing your experience! This tour is designed to offer a well-rounded introduction to Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego, combining the scenery of the national park with the historic railway journey. It’s wonderful to know you found it relaxing, informative, and visually rewarding. We also appreciate your kind words about our guide. Being accommodating while sharing clear and meaningful information is an essential part of how our local team works, and it’s always gratifying when that balance is noticed. We hope the landscapes of the park and the views from the train remain a special memory of your time at the end of the world. Warm regards, Mara.

    Great little trip.

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Best regards, Mara.

    Educational

    Robin_K, Jan 2026
Great tour of Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego and the prison history. The tour guide presented the information in 2 languages. A bit difficult to hear. Great way to cover a lot of territory and history. Very friendly and accommodating! The train ride is a bit hokey, but the story is great.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re glad you enjoyed the combination of landscapes and history, especially the context around Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, and the prison past that gives so much meaning to the “End of the World.” As locals, that story is part of who we are, and our guides truly enjoy sharing it with visitors from all over the world. We appreciate your comment about the bilingual explanations. Our guides are trained to operate in two languages so everyone can follow along, though we understand that in some moments this can make it harder to hear. Your feedback helps us keep refining the way we communicate during the tour. The Train at the End of the World can certainly feel a bit unusual if you compare it to traditional trains, but we’re happy to know that the historical story behind it made the experience worthwhile for you. Thank you again for highlighting our guide’s friendliness and professionalism. We hope you take away lasting memories of Ushuaia, its history, and its unique place at the southern end of the world. Warm regards, Mara.

    Family entertainment

    Marina_L, Jan 2026
The trip on the old steam train was interesting, although it was more suitable for children. The beautiful views from the window, the interesting history of the train, and the sunny weather created a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for sharing your experience. The Train at the End of the World has a very special character: beyond being an attractive ride, it tells an important part of Ushuaia’s history, closely linked to the former prison and the origins of the city. That historical context, combined with the surrounding landscapes of Tierra del Fuego National Park, often makes the experience enjoyable for travelers of all ages, even if some elements may feel especially engaging for families and younger visitors. As locals who truly love this place, our aim is to offer a tour that connects scenery, history, and the spirit of Ushuaia in a relaxed and memorable way. We’re glad the weather and views helped create a pleasant atmosphere during your visit. Warm regards, Mara.

    Lovely trip

Very good tour with a knowledgable guide. Picked us up at office 5minute walk from port. Beautiful scenery and good train ride. Got us back to port with plenty of time to shop before boarding ship.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It’s great to know you enjoyed the day exploring Tierra del Fuego National Park and the Train at the End of the World with our guide. Showing these landscapes, their history and their meaning is what motivates us most as locals who truly love this place. This tour is carefully designed with cruise passengers in mind. With more than 21 years of experience operating in Ushuaia, we understand how important it is to make the most of limited time on shore while still offering a meaningful visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park and the Train at the End of the World. Our team works with that balance in mind: combining nature, history and logistics so visitors can experience the highlights of the park, enjoy the train journey and return to the port comfortably within their schedule. We hope you take home beautiful memories of Ushuaia and its unique scenery. Warm regards, Mara.

    A great day

    Jim_S, Jan 2026
An excellent day! The day was planned perfect and everything went off without a hitch. Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of the national park.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. A day that runs smoothly and feels well paced is the result of careful planning and local knowledge. Our team works with the park and the train schedules every day, and that experience allows us to organize the tour so visitors can enjoy both the landscapes and the historical side of Tierra del Fuego in a single day. We’re glad to hear that both the guide and the driver stood out for their professionalism and knowledge. We hope this experience remains a great memory of your time at the End of the World. Warm regards, Mara.

    End of the World Tour

    leslier_b, Jan 2026
Lovely National Park to tour. Our tour picked us up. Then ear phones in 6 or 7 language to listen to information about the formation of park

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park, a place we know deeply and proudly share as locals. Its landscapes and natural setting are truly special and often leave a lasting impression on those who visit. It’s great to hear that the audioguide on board the End of the World Train helped enrich the experience, allowing you to learn more about the history of the inmates of the former Ushuaia prison, who used this railway to transport firewood from the forest, a key part of the city’s origins. We hope you take with you fond memories of Ushuaia and its unique natural beauty. Warm regards, Mara

Voyage to the end of the world

    Sylvain_B, Jan 2026
The Park visit was excellent and interesting and our tour guide, Martina, provided lots of information on the vegetation, flowers, lakes, birds and history. I rate this portion of the tour a 5. The train tour however, to the end of the world, wasn't as good and not as expected.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for sharing your impressions with us. We’re especially glad to read how much you enjoyed the visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park and Martina’s guiding. As locals who truly love this place, it’s very meaningful for us when the park’s landscapes, wildlife and history come through so strongly, and when our guides help bring that connection to life. Regarding the Train of the End of the World, we understand that it may not resonate the same way with every traveler. For some, its value lies mainly in the historical context and symbolism, while others naturally compare it with very different train experiences elsewhere. We appreciate you sharing that distinction so openly. We hope that, overall, the time spent in the park — surrounded by forests, lakes and southern landscapes — remains the highlight of your day and a lasting memory of your journey to the end of the world. Warm regards, Mara.

Train trip at the end of the world

    Kosta_P, Jan 2026
The guide and driver were excellent, very professional, very knowledgeable and really nice. If you love nature with a little bit of history thrown in it’s a great trip.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you very much for your review and for highlighting our guide and driver. We’re glad to know that their professionalism, knowledge, and warm approach made a difference during your day. As a local team from Ushuaia, we take great pride in sharing our natural surroundings and history from a firsthand perspective — it’s not just information for us, it’s part of who we are and where we live. We’re happy the combination of nature and history resonated with you, and we hope this experience leaves you with lasting memories of Tierra del Fuego and the End of the World. Best regards, Mara.

Great communication, Thoughtful Staff, Excellent Guide

    Svetlana_G, Jan 2026
Everything was very well organized. Great communication from the very beginning till the very last moment. Our ship itinerary was changed twice after we left Buenos Aires and we almost skipped Ushuaia. Eventually we arrived two days later and all this time Info de Ushuaia stayed in touch with us giving reassurance that whenever we arrive they would accommodate us and provide the park tour and train ride. Comfortable ride in a van for 18 ppl was nice. Overall, the tour was interesting - diverse scenery, good experience stopping at three locations and driving through the beautiful forests. But hour long stop at the Visitor center was absolutely unnecessary and too long. Center was extremely crowded, noisy, food very expensive and no place to sit and eat. We’d rather spend this hour hiking at one of the beautiful stops - Bahia Lapataia or Lago Roca. Our guide Guiermo was very professional, friendly, helpful, and engaging. He spoke perfect English and shared tons of interesting information on flora and fauna, history of the region. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuega. He took time to answer some of the most random questions with sincerity. The park is really beautiful, but you just get 10-15 minutes at each stop, not nearly enough to walk around on a small hike to appreciate the beauty of a place. The train ride is expensive but memorable.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your experience with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about the communication and support provided before your arrival. We know how stressful itinerary changes can be, especially on a cruise, and for us it’s essential to be present, flexible, and reassuring so you can enjoy Ushuaia without added worries. We’re very happy to hear that you felt comfortable during the tour and that Guillermo made such a strong impression. He is part of our local team, born and raised here, and his passion for Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego is something we value deeply. Knowing that his knowledge, warmth, and dedication came through means a lot to us. We also sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the time spent at the Visitor Center and at each stop within the park. Your perspective is completely valid, and comments like yours help us reflect on how to better balance logistics, crowd conditions, and meaningful time in nature—especially for travelers who would prefer more walking and immersion in the landscape. As locals, this is our home. We love these forests, bays, and mountains, and our goal is always to share them in a genuine way, with care and respect, while doing our best within the structure of a guided group tour. We hope you take with you fond memories of Tierra del Fuego and of the southernmost city in the world, and that Ushuaia remains a special part of your journey. Warm regards, Mara.

A train trip surrounded by beauty!

    Ruth_R, Jan 2026
The guide Louis was easy to follow when he was commentating in English although not his first language. The trip was made easy by the organisational skills and communication with us prior to leaving. Louis helped with photography for our group. The train trip was fun and the scenery was fabulous.

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Hello Ruth, Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed the scenery and the train trip. It is great to know that the communication and organization prior to your departure made the experience easier for you, as we work hard to provide clear information to our visitors. We take pride in our guides' dedication, not only in sharing their knowledge in different languages but also in their willingness to help with details like photography to ensure you have great memories. At Info De Ushuaia®, with over 20 years of experience, we focus on coordinating every detail of these iconic tours. We hope to see you again soon at the End of the World! Best regards, Mara.

Great guide, beautiful landscapes. Train was hokey, but everyone does it. Camilla, the guide, was truly a fountain of information, geological, botanical, historical!

    Response from Host, Jan 2026

Hello Sherri, Thank you very much for your review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful landscapes of our National Park and that Camila’s knowledge made your visit even more special. Tour guide needs a new job

    karen_h, Dec 2025
The park & train are absolutely worth seeing beautiful anc informative , but if English do not book this company . The guide who was very boring & uncaring spoke very little so we had no idea what was happening nor heard the history or facts . They should be honest about this or give English handouts The weather dried up but if raining they have small vans that steam up so you can’t see anything unlike the other buses we saw on the tour. It’s cramped and the hosts wouldn’t ask people to move around to sit us as family & I was squashed on a wheel with half a seat due to a huge guy so I had to complain and ask people to move which helped but was uncomfortable asking You don’t get any food they drop you into the visitors centre but be warned 20min queue /20min for food so you see nothing unless bring own food or other agents appeared to pre-order. You are suppose to get a hot chocolate at the end . He walked us into a store then just left us. No one knew what was happening so we just all left having to walk back in the rain to the boat Overall awful company & tour but we did see other good ones & our friends booked a good one . Park & train though we do recommend

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Hello Karen, Thank you for your comments regarding the National Park and Train tour. We are glad you enjoyed the beauty and history of these iconic places, which are a must-see in Ushuaia. Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify some important points: Logistics and seating: Our records show that your family's reservation was processed together. We are unaware of how your group ended up in different vehicles, as our guides always coordinate to keep families together. Additionally, our fleet consists of modern vehicles in excellent condition. The fogging of the windows is a natural physical phenomenon caused by the temperature difference between the interior and the exterior, a weather factor entirely beyond our control. Guide: Our tours are conducted in a bilingual format by certified guides. We take your comments seriously and will review them with our team to ensure that information is shared effectively with all our international visitors. Food and time management: The stops are designed to optimize time so that visitors can see the main attractions of the Park. Since the tour does not include lunch, the time at the Visitor Center is intended to be divided between a short break and enjoying the surroundings. Hot chocolate: Our guides inform all passengers that the excursion concludes at the chocolate shop, a few blocks from the port, where passengers are invited to enter to receive their hot chocolate. It is a pity that you left and did not enter the store to receive your hot chocolate. At Info De Ushuaia®, we value our passengers' experiences and work to maintain the quality that has defined us for over 20 years. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve. Best regards, Mara.

    End of the World

    Nicole_N, Dec 2025
It was a little difficult to find the tour operator on the pier. It would be helpful if they had a big sign or better directions like some of the other tours.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Nicole. The port area in Ushuaia can be quite busy, especially on days with cruise arrivals, and several tours operate simultaneously from the pier. For this reason, meeting points are communicated in advance with specific instructions rather than large signage. That said, we understand that finding the exact spot can sometimes feel confusing, and your comment is helpful. We’ll continue reinforcing our written directions so travelers can locate the meeting point more easily and start the day with complete peace of mind. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the National Park and End of the World Train experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Warm regards, Mara

    An easy and relaxing tour...

An easy and relaxing tour to the national park. Very good scenery, our guide Miss Jackie is excellent, very informative. Highly recommend this tour.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you so much, Peter, for sharing your experience! This tour is designed to be exactly that — easy, relaxed and enjoyable, allowing you to take in the scenery of Tierra del Fuego National Park at a comfortable pace. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the landscapes and that Miss Jackie made the experience even more meaningful with her clear explanations and local knowledge. Our guides play a key role in helping travelers connect with the place, its history and its natural environment. Thank you for recommending the tour. We’re happy it was part of a memorable day in Ushuaia. Warm regards, Mara

    Unforgettable Experience and Breathtaking Scenery

    Stephen_d, Dec 2025
The tour was extremely well organised. I was picked up directly from my hotel at the exact time they scheduled. The tour guide Eileen was very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke fluent English so I could understand everything. I only had one full day to spend in Ushuaia and I am so glad that I chose to do this tour. It was definitely worth it. The scenery was breathtaking and the train ride was a lot of fun, with fascinating narration in several languages of the history of the train and the area. There are several hiking routes within the park - if I had more time I would definitely do that as well. I would highly recommend this tour and the amazing tour guide Eileen. Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you so much, Stephen, for such a wonderful review! We’re very happy to know that the tour felt like the right decision for you and that the day was truly worth it. For many travelers, it becomes the perfect introduction to Ushuaia and often the reason they want to come back with more time. We know that arriving in Ushuaia with only one full day can feel like a challenge, and this tour is designed precisely for that moment: to let you experience the essence of Tierra del Fuego without worrying about logistics, timing or connections, and simply focus on the landscapes, the history and the feeling of being at the End of the World. Behind the scenes, there is a local team carefully coordinating each part of the itinerary so that everything flows naturally — from pickups to transitions between activities — allowing you to experience the destination with ease and confidence. Thank you for recommending the tour and for trusting us with such a special day. We’re delighted that your visit to the End of the World became an unforgettable experience. Warm regards, Mara

    Don't go on this tour.

    david_k, Dec 2025
This should have been much better than it was. The park is outstanding. The tour operator was below average. Most of the 14 people on the tour only spoke Spanish. The tour leader was definitely speaking more to the Spanish speaking people than those who only knew English. The first hour was driving around town picking people up. The time at many of the stops was short. The guide was not very well organized. At the stop that was intended to get something to eat, the guide is telling us there is a restaurant, a free museum to check out and a gift shop. As the bus is still making its way to park, he tells us we have 20 minutes from that point in time to return to the bus. I spoke to the guide about this and he reluctantly added 10 minutes. Viator needs to reevaluate this tour company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, David. We’re glad to know you found Tierra del Fuego National Park outstanding — it truly is one of the most remarkable natural areas in Argentina. Regarding the tour itself, this excursion operates with international groups, and our guides are trained to provide explanations in both Spanish and English, so everyone receives the same information. In bilingual groups, this dynamic can feel different depending on personal expectations, but the goal is always to be inclusive and clear. Pickup routes within Ushuaia are designed to collect passengers from different accommodations before leaving the city, which is why the first part of the tour involves driving around town. Pick-up times are included in the logistics, so no time is lost or taken away from the excursion. This is standard for shared excursions and allows the day to be organized as a single group. Tierra del Fuego National Park is a vast protected area, and this tour is specifically planned to show the park’s highlights within a limited time frame. Many travelers visiting Ushuaia have only a short stay and want to experience this natural wonder without missing other activities, which is why stop durations are carefully planned to balance viewpoints, walks and overall logistics. At the refreshment stop, the available time is communicated based on the moment of arrival, so the group can continue with the itinerary as scheduled. We understand that this style of excursion may not suit every traveler. Some prefer private or fully customized experiences, while others value a guided, shared tour that offers an efficient and well-organized overview of the destination. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. Despite different impressions about the tour format, we hope the visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park left you with a lasting impression of its landscapes, vastness and unique setting — one of the few places in the world where mountains, forest and sea meet. Warm regards, Mara

    Nice icebreaker tour

    Brandon_M, Dec 2025
Nice way to spend a day and familiarize yourself with the national park. I spotted many trail markers during the tour. The train ride is kitschy and skippable unless you really enjoy scale model trains. Scenery is breathtaking. If you are new to area I recommend this tour. Afterwards, consider coming back on your own to hike.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you again, Brandon, for sharing your thoughts on this tour as well! We’re glad to hear that the National Park and End of the World Train experience felt like a good introduction to the area. It’s true — this excursion is an excellent way to get familiar with the park before deciding which trails to explore on your own. The scenery in Tierra del Fuego is breathtaking, and it’s great to know you enjoyed the viewpoints and spotted several trail markers along the way. Many travelers choose this tour for exactly that reason: to get an overview with a guide before returning independently to hike. Regarding the End of the World Train, it’s a historic and symbolic attraction that many visitors enjoy for the story it represents. At the same time, we completely understand that each traveler experiences it differently, depending on personal interests. Thank you for recommending the tour to others who are new to Ushuaia. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime you decide to explore more of the End of the World! Warm regards, Mara

    The trip itself was...

    Soori_J, Nov 2025
The trip itself was great. Aileen was a wonderful guide! However, the office staff is not very friendly. When I went to enquire about my tour a front desk staff member (she has curly hair and wears glasses) was speaking rudely about me in Spanish (which I can understand) with her colleague. Unprofessional behavior. Unless your tour is with Aileen, you’re better off booking with another vendor.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you for sharing your experience, Soori. We’re very happy to know that you enjoyed the tour and that Aileen made such a positive impression — she’s an exceptional guide, and we truly appreciate you mentioning her. Regarding your comment about the office, we’re concerned that you felt uncomfortable, and we take this type of perception seriously. Our reception team has many years of experience welcoming travelers from all over the world, and they are consistently praised for their kindness and professionalism. The office is a small, open space where conversations can easily be overheard, and sometimes this can lead to misunderstandings — especially when comments overlap or are not directed at a specific person. Even so, your feedback is valuable, and we will review the situation internally, as we always do. As part of our review we will also check the audio-enabled camera recordings from that moment. This helps us understand the situation clearly and ensure that every interaction reflects the respect and hospitality we work with every day. For more than 21 years, our focus has been creating a warm, welcoming environment for all our visitors, both on the tours and at the office. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We hope that, if you return to Ushuaia in the future, we’ll have the chance to welcome you again with the same level of service you experienced during the tour. Warm regards, Mara

    Not ideal that it was...

    John_B, Nov 2025
Not ideal that it was snowing the day we did this trip in October! That said this was an expensive trip for what it was. The National Park is worth a visit and the train is OK but you can probably do this yourself much more cheaply!

    Response from Host, Nov 2025

Thank you again, John, for sharing your thoughts about this experience as well. ❄️🚂 Ushuaia’s weather can change from one hour to the next, and snow in October is completely normal here at the southern end of the world. Conditions can vary a lot depending on the day, and that naturally shapes how each traveler experiences the excursion. Regarding the price, this full-day program includes the visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park, the End of the World Train, and all the logistics and transportation needed to coordinate these activities into a single itinerary. Some travelers enjoy exploring on their own, while others prefer having everything organized, guided and scheduled. We’re glad you still enjoyed the National Park —one of the most unique places in Argentina— and that you were able to experience the historic train, a symbolic attraction chosen by most visitors who come to Ushuaia. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your review and for sharing both your positive and constructive impressions. Your comments help future travelers understand what the day is like and also help us keep improving. Warm regards, Mara
