I never went on this tour as I didn’t get picked up from my hotel on the booked date and time. I contacted the agents and rebooked the trip and had to pay for it again but I never got a refund of the money that I paid for this trip 2 nd trip was booked with another agent. Even though the cable car was not working in Antalya at the time there wasn’t any reduction in the price.

very misleading tour and poorly organised

this has to be the most miss sold thrown together tour we have ever been on! Firstly it isn’t a tour of the city in the sense you might expect a tour guide with interesting insight and facts….you simply get ferried from one location to another, including I might add a silver ‘factory’ which is nothing more than a warehouse full of sales people ready to pounce at your every move! A boat trip with no guide or purpose just round the corner and back…and just staff on the boat trying to sell you exorbitant drinks and tacky photos of you on a plate! the old town part was simply ‘free’ time again with no tour guide, no nothing. I could go on but won’t bother hopefully you get the gist..

Loved every part of it the walk down to the Duden waterfall was mesmerising. Tour guide spoke fluent English and was very helpful and funny too!

Expecting to go on a cable car and see tour the sights of the old harbour and old town we didn't get to do any of this. Instead after 3 hours we saw the seaside waterfall then a stop at silverware store (not mentioned in the tour info) the the ridverside falls, then lunch then a boring cruise on a boat in the cargo port looking at breakwaters. We were told once on the tour "oh we don't do the cable car today". The old town tour was the guide taking us to a square outside the town and saying "this is the best view of the old town". No Hadrian's Gate, no alleyways, no nothing. Then they capped the tour to visit a knock-off designer clothing shop (not mentioned in the tour onfo either). Honestly you'd be better of catching a taxi to the falls, save your money and see the sights yourself.

Disappointing

We only booked this trip as it was supposed to include a walking tour of Antalya, this was not the case, we were taken to the harbour for our boat trip and told where old town was, that was the extent of the city tour, to make things worse the guide told the group we had an hour free time in the town, but did not say what time the pick up was or from where, we were told the hour before the boat trip, so no one knew when the hour started, the guide did not join the group on the boat. The boat trip also did not consist of any commentary, just loud music. Expensive for what it was. Wanted to know more about Antalya but gained little insight. Meal ok, only main course included. Air conditioning was mediocre, a bit warm at times.

We had a lovely day on this tour and there was plenty to fit in! Highlights were the upper waterfalls which were stunning and the cable cars which were much higher than we thought. Downsides to the tour include lots of time on the coach and even with the air conditioning it does get hot! After a day of being on the coach, cable cars and then a boat, with the heat I did have a little motion sickness. Also, there was an extra stop that isn't mentioned in the itinerary, to a Turkish Delight factory shop that we would have preferred not to go to. Aside from this though, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, the choice of resturant for lunch was excellent and we felt that we got to see a lot throughout the day. I also think that the operators did a brilliant job of keeping us safe in the time of Covid, there was always sanitiser and everyone had to wear a mask. I would recommend the tour to others, but be prepared for a fair bit of coach travel.

We were picked up on time. Visited some lovely places - Duden waterfall which was beautiful, went up the cable car overlooking Antalya fantastic views, lovely traditional lunch and then a fabulous boat trip out of the marina. Really great day.

Certes le guide était très aimable MAIS le programme était nul Sans parler du pick up qui ne m a été communiqué qu'une heure avant l'horaire prévu malgré mes relances. Et puis ,le bus qui est parti sans nous et qu on était obligé de prendre un taxi pour aller de belek à duden. Pour faire court sur le programme j ai juste après une tournée en bateau sans se baigner (d'ailleurs c'était le seul bateau à ne pas en proposer ) j ai repris un taxi pour retourner à l'hôtel. C'est vraiment lamentable

Sprache Deutsch gebucht, Sprache Englisch + Russisch erhalten. Leider wurde die Seilbahnfahrt laut Programm nicht durchgeführt. Sehr schade ...!! Wir haben von Belek aus diesen Ausflug nur gebucht, weil die Seilbahn mit dabei war. Stattdessen erfolgte eine Auszahlung von 25 Lira pro Person und ein nicht eingeplanter Besuch eines Turkisch Delight Werksverkaufs.
