Beautiful experience, rafflesia is super 😍 Mary is very kind and Eddy is a great ranger. Butterfly factory very interesting.

a) Refund issue
I paid 2x100$ for privat tour for 2 pax. Tour operator canceled that tour and suggest another for 2x54$(Mossy Forest 4 hours). So I’m expecting full refund 200-108=92$. Tour operator sent me back only 71.76$. I’m disappointed here
b) Tour issue
Tour was good. No concerns about driver or car. But we expected that in will be tour with guide not just a driver
c) Same privat tour’s price for 4hours(Mossy Forest) for 2 pax in Cameron from local tour guides is 280myr = 59$ total. So think about it

Dear Madam ,
Due to no sighting of Raffleasia flower, we recommended to change to Mossy Forest Tour. After explaining what the tour contains and duration of the tour , you agreed to continue. As the Mossy Forest tour cost lesser, the balance was refunded as agreed. This tour is conducted as a private tour , local operator's in Caneron Highlands have the same tour but it's only available for the price you mention when there is a group you can join. When it's low season and bookings are slow , the local operator charges a minimum of 4pax price for 2 persons to book the tour. This is what they did not inform you ( the local operator ).
The tour when we'll Mossy Forest and other places of Visit listed in the tour. The refunded amount is what you are not happy about. How can I refund you the USD20.
It is important that we offer the best when booking on Viator.

La experiencia es maravillosa en tanto te garantizan ver una de las flores, pero esto implica que el tour puede durar más o menos según lo que se demoren en encontrarla. Es importante tener presente que físicamente es una experiencia que puede ser difícil porque es entrar a una zona de bosque llena de barro, así que es posible que haya caídas o zonas de mayor esfuerzo; eso si, el guía se esfuerza por ayudar. También debe tenerse en cuenta que la guía que te recoge no es la que te lleva a la experiencia sino otra persona que no habla bien inglés pero se esfuerza mucho en compartir contigo lo que sabe. Posterior a ver la flor vuelves al punto de partida y ahí te llevan a una plantación de te para que pagues tu entrada si quieres recorrerla o tomes te si quieres comprarlo.

La Sra. Mary es la guía turística, pero cuando se trata de caminar por el bosque, contratamos a un excursionista aborigen local. Tienen conocimientos para guiar de forma segura a los turistas en el bosque.
El idioma puede ser una barrera, pero siempre hace lo mejor que puede para responder preguntas.
La plantación Boh es una visita obligada en Cameron Highlands; por una tarifa adicional, la plantación Boh presenta un recorrido por la fábrica y una degustación de té con un guía.
Espero no haberte decepcionado en esta gira. Visite Kundasang en Sabah, Sabah Tea Resort.
