Kevin provided an excellent airport transfer on the French side of Saint Martin. He picked us up right on time at Grand Case Airport and drove us to our hotel in a clean, roomy van. We were traveling with a young child and a baby, and he had modern, safe transportation that made us feel comfortable and taken care of from the start. He was friendly, super professional, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’d absolutely call Kevin again for my next ride in Saint Martin.

I booked round-trip services and found out upon arrival that I no longer have a return pick up to the airport.

Hi Vy, thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your reservation and can confirm that the booking submitted on June 21 was for a one-way transportation of 4 adults, not a round trip.
During the booking process, both one-way and round-trip options are clearly listed/available for selection. Based on the reservation we received, the one-way option was selected, and the service provided on July 14 matched that booking.
We understand how disappointing booking misunderstandings can be. However, our records do not show that a round-trip service was booked or paid for. If you believe there is an error, please contact us directly with your booking confirmation number or receipt, and we'll be happy to review it with you.

I booked with 2Official Transportation Services twice. I didn't like on Viator that you don't pre-select your pick-up time. I was worried, because I've read about bad experiences from people using taxi services via Viator in general. I initially didn't hear from the guide until I reached out. After that, it was easy to book; he was very responsive and always on time.

It was hard finding them because I had no internet services when I got there, but they should have told me just to call them when I got there, I believe they try calling me but it did not go threw, maybe they should use signs with your name on it, and maybe be at the front door when you come out

We understand how arrivals can be challenging without internet access. In the past, we used name signs however, due to stricter airport security regulations, drivers are no longer permitted to wait parked out front for extended periods. For this reason, we coordinate pickups primarily through direct phone communication.
Additionally, there have been occasions where flights were missed or significantly delayed without notice, resulting the drivers waiting extended periods, which affects scheduling for other guests. Clear communication helps us manage timing fairly and efficiently for everyone.
We appreciate your suggestion and will certainly review how we can further improve our arrival instructions. Thank you again for choosing our service.

Poor Sint Maarten has traffic problems—especially flights arriving just before work people and school kids head home, we got stuck! Kevin our driver too back roads to help us get to Philsnurg as fast as possible. Kevin told us stories. He was appropriately quiet Also is well informed and a wonder Sint Maarten tour guide! We like him so well, we called him for another ride on the island. EXCELLENT VIATOR EXPERIENCE!

Kevin picked us up at the airport when we arrived and we were so pleased we booked him again for our return to the airport. He was in communication with us on both occasions and was very understanding of the lengthy arrivals process. He was kind, the vehicle was immaculate and we enjoyed our transit with him. Friendly, comfortable, Kevin was a great host. Used WhatsApp to communicate easily. We used the airport Wi-Fi to communicate with him and didn't need to pay roaming charges.

Our driver, Kevin, was very accommodating,, friendly, and polite. Our 40 minute drive to Orient Bay was very relaxing with no problems arriving at our destination. I would not hesitate to book my transportation again with Viator.

Kevin was so professional and so accommodating! Our flight was 22 hours delayed and he was still keeping in touch and still found a way to accommodate us the following day. His car was clean and had ac and he was just very friendly. Highly recommend!

Kevin was great and reliable. He was there waiting at the airport for us even when our plane was late.
When we were out on the island other taxi companies didn’t answer the phone. Kevin did and was there to save the day every time!

My family and I flew into Sint Maarten to then board a cruise ship. The cruise line was honestly not very helpful with the transfers so I thought Viator might be a good option. Boy was I right. I reached out to book the “tour” and Kevin responded right away. His communication throughout the process was simple and easy.
