Our flight was cancelled due to the action in Venezuela and we had to rebook the next day. The folks at the car service were very accomodating and handled our transport like professionals. Highly recommend their service.

We booked a transfer with Viator because it is our first trip to this island and we wanted a trusted name to have a driver for us at the airport with a nice private van transfer. We did not receive any communication from Viator as promised in the email from Viator. When we arrived no one was there for us and with no information on where they would be - so we were left to wander around looking ourselves. After multiple clicks into obscure “contact me” info, we finally found a phone number. The person said they would get us a driver. So we waited in front of the taxis - a row of nice and new vans waiting for those needing a ride. We were told to look for a Silver Sienna - but were finally greeted by an old white subcompact Rio. The driver was nice and took us straight to our resort. No harm. The problem is that we could have found our own way, hailed our own cab - and had a much quicker ride in a much nicer vehicle for our “Private Transfer”. Instead, we paid more to Viator who apparently waited until we arrived and called them for them to call us an old subcompact ride. Not what was advertised, not what we wanted or ordered, and not what we paid for. Very unprofessional handling of a first greeting in a foreign country. Disappointed and stain on prior positive experiences we have enjoyed with Viator in Europe.

Good afternoon, as was stated between the conversation between Mr. Horton and I the vehicle that was scheduled for pick up was overheating and I was not made aware until the driver arrived for the pick up. I do apologize for the selected transfer and I do hope you enjoy your stay at the resort.

Jaleel and Exquisite Transportation were very accommodating! My husband wanted to stop for cigars and some grocery items. I had no problem getting us to the right places before delivery to Orient Beach. Professional service and good conversation on the way.

I was contacted by the car service when I landed and was given direction on who and where to meet after I exited the terminal. The driver waited patiently as I navigated through passport control (about an hour). The driver was courteous, accommodating and friendly. I was able to add two additional passengers with no problem. Very nice van, spacious, clean and driver was prompt, well groomed and friendly. A little slow on responding to questions via Viator messaging, but once we got her WhatsApp number with the ticket, she was quick with her responses. I was a little hesitant to book with so few reviews on Viator but you can book her with confidence.

This company was the best use for airport transportation when my friends and I came in town for our birthday trip. They were very communicative and responded promptly to all of my questions. Pick up from airport. Where to meet was definitely not clear. While there is construction going on no signs or contact from driver. I have used many services in different places this was the first time we could not find driver. Drive to resort was fine.

There are new changes at the airport that restricts the driver from leaving the vehicle unattended and looking for the passenger. The driver was not aware that the passengers are now exiting the opposite side of the airport terminal as there is still passengers that come to the curb. The call to passenger was restricted until the passenger called and I was able to direct the driver to find passenger by another arrival hall at the new construction sight. But other than that vehicle was on standby at the airport.

We loved Anna Marie! Flew in to St. Martin from Antigua for a couple days. She was prompt to pick us up even though we were late because of customs. We then decided to jump to St. Barts and took us to and from the Ferry. She is so personable & after our numerous encounters made us feel like we were friends. When we come back, no doubt we will book her again.

I was completely anxious because we lost internet and cell service coming in from the States and our flight was delayed so it was an hour after our pickup time when we finally got internet service. The driver waited for us and was trying to reach me via WhatsApp. We sent her a pic so she could find us 😁

VIATOR did not send information nor ticket to the transfer service! They had no record of our prepaid trip. However the driver was there picking up another party and we weee introduced bc someone knew his company. After dropping those people at hotel he came back for us . That’s why they get 5 stars! He took a photo of our ticket so hopefully VIATOR will PAY them!

Charming tour/transportation provider! We used her service for our ferry pick-up and for a 2 hr island tour (very reasonable additional hourly rate) before being dropped off at the airport as our flight late in the day. It was a wonderful way to extend our vacation right up to departure.
