What's Included
- We only provide use of safety equipment such as Helmets, Headtorches, Harnesses and Layards. All personal equipment must be brought with you or requested 48 hours beforehand.
- We do not provide any form of clothing, please bring your own waterproofs and warm clothes.
- We do not provide Wellies as standard. We can provide Wellies if requested 48 hours beforehand.

This activity is located just outside of Betws y Coed. A google maps link to the meeting point will be sent once your booking has been confirmed. This is the closest place to mine with parking & mobile signal. From here there is a 15 minute drive in your own vehicle to get to the activity location.

My husband and I took our 11 year old son on the underground adventure with Sol and it far exceeded our expectations.
Our son loves adventure and gets bored easily but over the 4 hours we spent with Sol, he kept things engaging and the activities involved were suitable for an 11 year old, but added a sense of controlled ‘danger’ which held my sons enthusiasm and interest (he’s an adrenaline seeker).
For me personally, I have a couple of injuries which limited my ability to participate in some of the activities, which wasn’t a problem. Sol had alternative ways to move forward which did not require scrambling, zip lining or abseiling.
My husband had a great time and also felt the activities were the right level of difficulty to be a challenge but not too hard.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Great afternoon with our guide Sol who was very knowledgeable about the mine and it's history. Our trek though the mines was done at our own pace and we had choices whether or not to do certain challenges.
Great experience would highly recommend !!
