- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Park is required.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks for free, subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG)’ satisfactory verification.
- All TA Admission Tickets are subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
- No return, exchange, cancellation and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
- Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
- In the event of dispute, Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) electronic records shall prevail;
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.

Great zoo, lots to see and do...we had no children but still had the best time...Great price included transfer from hotel . Lots of animals to see, unusual and common animals for zoos.

Visit must not exceed 3 hours. Very nice location however. Animals well cared and a lot of diversity.

The Zoo is great. The tram helped me
get around due to mobility problem. Was able to get on and off and do a couple of rounds at a better pace. Highly recommend a visit!

The best advice I can offer fellow travelers is to purchase your tickets directly at the zoo. Avoid booking through Viator at all costs. We made several bookings in Singapore. Every said booking, with the exception of those made through Viator, was quickly processed and our e-tickets were promptly sent. Viator failed miserably. We were left to purchase our tickets again for the Singapore Zoo and Singpore's Gardens by the Bay. Viator also has a local tour operator (My Singapore Holiday) that somehow was entangled in this booking. They were very unreponsive and only reponded after several emails were sent to Viator. They actually asked us to meet them at the help desk at Changi airport on the day of our booking to pick up our e-tickets. Why would anyone be asked to return to/go to the airport to pick up and item that could be easily dispatched in an email. Viator and My Singpore Holiday make a perfect team. Stay away from both.

Regarding your claim that we have instructed you to collect your tickets at the airport, this is absolutely untrue. We have never and will NEVER deliver hard copies of tickets to customers at any location . For every confirmed booking, our system automatically delivers the tickets to customers via both email and WhatsApp 24 hours before the scheduled activity. This procedure is clearly stated on our booking platform as well as in the voucher confirmation that each customer receives immediately after completing a reservation. Customers are not required to print out their tickets — simply presenting the QR code on a mobile device at the venue is fully sufficient.
This policy is not intended to cause inconvenience, but rather to protect our customers and our partners. Unfortunately, in the past we have experienced cases of fraud where stolen credit cards were used to make bookings and early ticket delivery was misused. To prevent such situations and ensure fairness to genuine customers, we strictly follow the 24-hour-before-travel delivery policy.
In your case, our records show that the ticket was indeed sent to your email and WhatsApp as promised before your travel date. We regret that you decided to purchase another ticket instead of contacting us directly, as we never received any communication from you regarding issues with the delivery. If you had reached out, our team would have been more than happy to assist immediately.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused, but please rest assured that we always honor our commitment to deliver tickets to all customers reliably and on time. We greatly value every guest, and we will continue working hard to provide safe, trustworthy, and enjoyable experiences for everyone who books with us.

Picked us up on time from our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and had nice conversation on living in Singapore. Zoo admission tickets were texted. Zoo was outstanding. Very well laid out. Return trip went well with driver arriving on time. Overall a great experience.
