- Guests visiting during the festive weekend can expect a longer waiting time of approximately 2 hours.
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Tickets are open dated but cannot be used directly at the venue. Pre slot reservation is required at official site with the booking code received on the E - ticket
- Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots minimum 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
- A Viator/TripAdvisor confirmation booking will be sent at the time of confirmation is not the official ticket.
- Confirmation email will be sent at time of booking. E tickets will be sent by 24 hours before the tour.
- Tickets are valid for Date selected. Valid identity proof required.
- E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
- Imp Note: Tickets are valid for the tour date during opening hours for regular ticket and specific time for with drinks. Mentioned time slots are for booking purpose.

We went to The Singapore Flyer having booked and received confirmation for this experience on 5 March. When we arrived by taxi we were told it was shut for scheduled maintenance until 12 April and to come back after that date. Very disappointed! No contact except a small update on the app however we didn’t check that as it was confirmed the previous day by email.

I highly recommend this activity. You won't get such a 360 degree view from anywhere else. I suggest going at night when the SuperTree Flower show at Gardens at the bay is going on. I saw it on the ground, but I can imagine what it would be like from above. Also after sunset, you see beautiful lights of the skyline. You can walk about your capsule as you feel. If you want to sit, I suggest when you get on, sit on the right side facing the buildings, not the water. The views are spectacular.

We had issues getting the QR code. The pdf received could not be opened. This is a very complex system to recover the tickets for entry. We lost more than 20 minutes in this process.

Your ticket will not be issued until 24 hours before the event date. It comes on an email and it is very difficult to download. Buy the ticket onsite.

Can learn about history of Singapore and of course get a magnificent views.
It is well organized and in my case the gondola was only for me. Not so many tourists at that time.

Arrived with the pdf tgey sent me even though I requested the tickets. Never received them and forced to buy at the counter. I even called this operator, wjo are in the Emirates and call was hung up on. No response from my texts/whatsapp. The Flyer said they could not honor what they sent. I want a refund and will report to Amex.

It’s solid and well engineered, I’m terrified of heights and felt very safe throughout, 7pm was perfect time to go as got dark while we were up so got to see the pretty lights.

Great experience on the Flyer once we finally got the tickets. I thought it would be crowded so I purchased the tix through Viator last minute but it took over 45 mins to get the tix and we ended up waiting post our actual time to recd. Best to just buy at the ticket counter.

What an awesome feat of engineering the flyer is. Wonderful views. Very stable. Booked through Viator to use my points up as not travelling for a while. But there was no advantage in using this site as tickets are cheaper at gate, especially if not going at busy time.

My wife is very scared of heights and does not like Rollercoaster nor Ferris wheels. Thankfully, she decided to try this ( after i begged her for hours) . She absolutely loved it.. it is such a smooth and almost motionless ride. The capsule is very large with seating. After about 1 minute of entering capsule and sitting, she was up looking and taking pictures. She was so excited with the wonderful views of Singapore.

Well worth the money to experience this incredible view from the Singapore Flyer. A 360 view along with a video showcasing the different attractions and areas of interests as you look through the glass capsule. It was indeed a highlight of our time in Singapore!

The Flyer is deceptively large. The capsules are large enough for marriages and parties. The views are spectacular and the rise is smooth and slow enough to fully savor the experience. I will do it again when in Singapore

Great view- you can see the whole city. Not crowded - we were alone in the cabin which makes is very pleasant . There is free WiFi. Close to Gardens by the bay so we visited both of them in the same morning

Very fun time on the Flyer. Perfect to do before or after Gardens By The Bay. We did it in the evening just after sunset and it was spectacular highly recommend. The time capsule was really cool to see the history of Singapore before going on the ride.

The views of Singapore were spectacular and the pods were huge. I was on the flyer in Las Vegas and they were half the size. The videos were very informative and helpful. I recommend this for anyone, it was a great experience.

I highly recommend this through Viator Just make sure you have wifi and download the E-ticket from your email ( which will be sent to you 24 hour before ) and the bar code will get you in. They have lockers for rent if necessary ( no food drinks allowed) but bags and camera ok. It moves slowly and steadily. I felt comfortable even though afraid of heights. The view is breathtaking, great photo spots from every direction. If you want to have a whole capsule to yourself. Try to buy the ticket with champagnes option, the whole time we were in line. Only one couple got that so they get to enjoy the ride with privacy 😊. The line moves quickly , we visited on a Friday night at 7:30pm. The whole ride took about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend seeing it at night while you are in Singapore
