Watch your size of luggage you have if you book

Make sure if you are going to book this you only have bags of 24 inches only or smaller which is about a carry on . We booked for 5 adults travelling internationally, it said 5 bags , which is what we had , 3 x 25 inch, 2 the next size up and we had 4 carry on size back packs and one ord small hard carry on. We didn’t nearly fit and 2 people had to get a separate taxi to the hotel . Then there was then not cancelling one booking and sending a second . Really check the details . Would have been cheaper just to take 2 taxis

Grossly overpriced

DO NOT BOOK. This transfer is grossly overpriced. We got the transfer in a van from the Marina Bay port and paid $135 SGD to a hotel in Bencoolan (Singapore). It wasn’t far from the city centre (we later went back to the port for $10 SGD in a smaller taxi). We also took a transfer to the airport, in a similar vehicle, for $65 SGD. The airport is much further. We had reached back out to Viator and the company for a refund/partial refund with the above reasons but were not accepted.

Our driver, Nicholas was excellent. He was waiting for us with our name board at the airport. quite ahead of time. He kept in touch with me as soon as we touched down on Singapore soil! This was a failure of a service. The driver was given the wrong details so we had no one at the airport to collect us. I have been going back and forth with someone to get a refund and they are not being very helpful. Would NOT reccommend.

Nothing memorable and will never deal with this company. Arrive in Singapore airport on time for prepaid pickup to hotel. Searched everywhere around my International arrival at Terminal 3 for 2 hours. Asked local driver and time with very helpful airport information staff to no avail. Finally took a cab to hotel. Asked Viator for refund and was told no refund. Do not deal with this company if you can avoid them.

Nicholas was well prepared, the service was in touch with me twice, and then he was twice also, prior to the day... and then on the day. On time, informed and an easy laid back ride. Great. The only minor thing is that for some reason they only communicate thru whatsapp... which I don't usually use, so it was turned off in London. I now keep it on as there are very few annoying scams and uninvited messages on it, so I decided I would leave it open for notifications all the time. So be aware.
