MLT boarding is only at Tram Station 5, and guests must arrive 10–15 minutes early.

Late arrivals cannot be moved to another MLT session as slots are fully booked.
The 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM fire hybrid show has been replaced by a LED light performance until further notice.
Coach Bays 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East must be avoided as they are reserved for shuttle services.
Identification may be required when redeeming Night Safari tickets.
Turnstiles open at 6:30 PM, and a valid ticket is required for dining and shopping access.
Night Safari operates daily from 7:15 PM to 12:00 AM.
Trams arrive every 15 minutes and can carry up to 60 guests per tram.
Creatures of the Night show runs about 25 minutes at 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:30 PM and guests must remain seated.
Twilight Performance takes place at the entrance courtyard at 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
A 5 SGD surcharge applies to all taxis leaving Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00pm and 11:59pm daily to ensure more taxis are available during peak hours.
25 Sep–5 Oct 2026: High visitor volume is expected; entry rules vary by ticket type, with paid add-on bookings allowing flexible entry while all other guests must follow the entry time stated on their admission ticket.

Booking system very difficult and time slots confusing

The evening walk was very relaxing. The queue system and time slots were a nonsense and I could not download the ticket on my phone and had to be escorted through the gate by a very helpful staff member.

Singapore night zoo not worth the effort or the cost

The tram was horrible. The number of animals visible were minimal, but the highlight of the tour was on the walking trail. One of the zookeepers was feeding a rhino, which was less than 3 feet away. Otherwise it would’ve been a total bust I wouldn’t recommend it the cost was over $200 when you add in Transportation Dr. Jack Morgan

Waited over one hour in line to access the tram ride. It was so hot and over crowed, it was not a nice wait. The tram ride itself was great and the animals were fantastic to look at, however it only went for 20 - 25 minutes. This seems like a very short time considering we waited over a hour to do this activity.

Overrated. Transfers aren’t included and the Booking company recommended I use Grab taxi instead, but when I got there I discovered I could of used public transport which would of been much cheaper. Good for families but I’d say it’s overrated and expensive for what it actually is & what you can see/do. The tram ride is only 15-20 mins, the driver doesn’t stop for long enough to take photos. The show is free & 25mins.

I dumped it in a gold dump.

It is indicated to book one experience approximately 4 hours. Queuing for a long time to have seen a ride in the dark with up to 10 different animals. I certainly haven't seen any giraffes that are clearly in the description. Far too expensive for what it was
