    Thr vistor providor is a scam. They sent us initially only the barcode and not the qr code so we could not entet. We waited after arriving to universal studios untill you send us the qr codem very bad experience

If there was any delay, you could have contacted us and we would have assisted you immediately and offered appropriate compensation.

    Don’t buy these tickets, they don’t work, buy them at the park

    The viator ticket didn’t work because it was a barcode, not a QR code. The staff at the park tried to help but couldn’t. I got in touch with the Viator chat who tried to contact the tour operator, no luck. They offered a full refund and I had to buy the tickets again at the park. It was a disappointing start to the day and a waste of one hour outside the park

    Very good day at Universal Studios. Be careful, the park is not very big so it gets overwhelmed with people very quickly. In the morning, it was fine, but in the afternoon most of the attractions had a wait time of around 80 minutes.
