Excellent views. Great restaurant. The time in the boat goes by fast. Good hikes. You additionally need to pay for entrance to the park and they did not take credit card.

It was a really cool experience, but unfortunately we signed up for an English tour and ended up on a Spanish tour. Therefore, we didn’t really understand any of the facts shared, but we enjoyed the different visits made on the boat.

The boat trip was awesome. But I was very disappointed that I booked thru Viator and I paid for this trip three times as much as was the local people were paying. That was no good to find out.

Sometimes, to complete the free places, cheaper rates are offered at the destination. This involves a risk: by paying the regular rate the passenger is guaranteed a place on the tour; waiting until the last minute, most of the time, there are no places available. Hiring through serious and recognized companies such as Viator is a guarantee in the provision of services.

Eramos un grupo de seis personas y, tal como decía en las reglas, no se devolvía lo pagado. Tuvimos una baja de la que avisamos con mucha anticipación y no nos devolvieron. Perfecto. Pero también decía que era un barco con máximo 20 pasajeros y fuimos en uno para 116 personas, con mucho más de 30 a bordo. Preguntamos si había que llevar traje de baño y nos dijeron que no; lo que resultó absurdo. Y la información sobre el almuerzo y las horas resultó imprecisa y poco adecuada a lo que permitía proyectar. Me preguntó, si las reglas operan para un lado, porqué no para el otro? He contratado muchos toures con Viator y nunca me había encontrado con esa distancia entre lo ofrecido y prometido y la realidad.

En relación a la cancelación, una de las políticas de de este servicio es que no permite devolución. Desde nuestro equipo de reservas se intentó reembolsar el servicio pero no fue posible ya que parte de la operación depende de otros asociados. En cuanto al número de participantes ha sido modificado en el sitio web.
Esperamos que, a pesar de estos inconvenientes, haya disfrutado junto a su grupo los paisajes que ofrece nuestra navegación por la patagonia.
