I have used Viator for over 10 years. I never faced such false advertisement. My guide had nothing to do with my experience—he was nice. However, there were several issues: - It's a 6-hour tour. It ended within 3 hours. - One cave is 10 meters long; the other cave is 30 meters long. I don't consider that caving. - They switched me to a motorcycle instead of a car because I was the only participant, and the temperature was 109°F (43°C). I wasn't dressed to be under the full sun in that heat, and my thighs took the brunt of the sun. - Lunch was in a shack with rice and a little vegetable??? If they called it a sightseeing tour on a motorcycle in 109°F heat, that would have been fine for those who knowingly chose such a tour. Some of the sights were beautiful, no doubt. I paid almost $50, which is worth a lot more than what they provided.

You have choose motorcycle which is more fun than on car because some people really loved specially riding on bike on the mountain Some how weather got change and the day become hot day. Which wasn't good for you We understand. We are sorry if you didn't like the tour We have been offering same tour to our previous guest they all have suggested us for this caving trip.
