Overview

Swap the bustle of Pucón for the serene atmosphere of Chile's Araucania region on a horseback trail riding tour. In a small group of no more than eight, ride along trails through lush forest and open pastures; along the Llucura river; and into the forest of the Carhuello mountain range. Along the way enjoy views of Villarrica, Quetrupillan, and Lanin volcanoes and stop at a waterfall.

From Pucon you drive out of town towards “Caburgua”, turn left follow the signs to "Quelhue." After crossing Trancura River, turn right to "EL Christo" follow the road for 4 km . Passing the “Rancho Carhuello” sign you are 400 meters away from our entrance with "Antilco" painted on a trunk .

Did the 2 hour ride as the 4 hour was unavailable due to poor weather. Beautiful property, helpful and friendly guides, the scenery was excellent and was overall a lovely experience.

Great experience, wonderful horses. We were on a 4 hour trail. The ride is challenging for beginners, the views are amazing. The guide is thoughtful and caring. Would love to take a 4 day trip with this team.

An incredible experience overall. Mathias and his team were very helpful and professional. Easy to speak and and coordinate with Mathias. The horses were great and the trail was stunning. Would definitely do it again.
