Easy to book. I phoned customer services on the day and they confirmed pick up time from our hotel. We only used the service one way. From Protaras to Larnaca airport.

We have morning flight. The mini bus was on time, we wait 4-5 minutes, it was clean and confortable.

Initially finding the pickup service in the airport was tricky, but you can approach the information centre or any of the other stalls in the airport and ask for MTS globe Cyprus & they’ll point you to an inconspicuous grey door right there. While it seems confusing, when you knock on the grey door, the staff are very nice & will tell you exactly where to go & the bus number too. The bus stop is right in front of the exit door. So you can’t miss it. I’d to wait for about 20 minutes for all the passengers to arrive, but the service was prompt and efficient. I’d recommend this over expensive cabs or Cyprus’s public transport which is unreliable.

We booked the same service already last year and as we were satisfied we booked again. The Minibusses should be updated as on some hills we barely moved, but a/c working and overall the transfer is well organized.
This year we only got the pick up time after asking, last year Mail came in 1 day before planned departure.

Booked round trip transfer with MTS Global, thought they would have a service desk or someone with a sign at the airport, NOT SO! After asking, I was pointed to a nondescript grey door. No signs, I thought it was a utility closet, but it was them. Had to wait for two more couples (probably had the same problem locating them as I did), but the transfer went out without a hitch.
My return flight was early in the morning which necessitated at 4:30 AM pick-up. Rather than a bus or a van they sent a car.
All things considered, great service.

I had a really early morning flight, so I was not able to take the popular shuttle bus. I found this shuttle service and am so glad I did. It showed up right on time and I got to the airport with more than enough time. I like getting there very early. It was a comfortable, stress free trip and the driver was very friendly. They also reached out to my hotel to notify them about my shuttle as well.

My driver was on time. I was also picked up in a Mercedes vehicle which was nice. I travelled solo however the driver only made one stop to pick up two guests on the way back to Larnaca Airport. I would recommend this service and use again.

Driver was 15 minutes early waiting for us.
The driver was very professional and without asking us, he knew we were tired and simply let us rest/sleep.
We had a luxury van all to ourselves.

The travel was fine, but neither the site nor the confirmation email had information about the exact hour of the pickup. I had to phone to learn the pickup time. And please please do make clear it is not 12AM pickup for all the shuttles!

The booking process is easy but I did not receive any notification of the pick up time from the hotel. This would have avoided us having to wait around guessing when the coach was going to turn up. Other than that a good service.

A fuir. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette société. Aucune indication sur l'heure de prise en charge nous avons du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir l'information. Nous avons attendu 30 min avant que la navette arrive et une fois la, le chauffeur a été très agressif en nous accusant à tord de ne pas avoir été la à l'heure alors que nous étions à la réception de notre hôtel 10 min avant l'heure indiquée. Il a aussi utilisé les autres passagers contre nous. Nous avons trouvé cela très injuste. Après nous avoir hurlé dessus à tord il a été voir à la réception de notre hôtel et la personne lui a confirmé notre présence. Chauffeur très peu professionnel et mauvaise organisation de la part de la société.

Mi experiencia con Viator ha sido realmente muy mala. Contraté el traslado a mi Hotel desde el Aeropuerto de Larnaka, Chipre, dentro de la misma ciudad (el 4/08/23) y el regreso el 11/08/23. En la llegada, el vehiculo estaba casi lleno, sin embargo tuvimos una espera de 25 minutos para salir. El regreso fue peor. Nos debian recoger, el 11/08/23 a las 14:15. La empresa aerea Blue Bird nos aviso que nuestro vuelo se posponía. Inmediatamente avise a Viator, pues queria posponer el transporte. No recibi respuesta. Luego Blue Bird nos aviso de otra postergacion mas del vuelo. Volvi a avisar a Viator. No hubo respuesta. En total avise 3 veces a Viator y no respondieron. Tratamos de comunicarnos con Viator en Chipre. Viator no tiene numero de telefono en Chipre. UNA VERGUENZA! A las 14:15 llego el transporte. El chofer nos comunico con una empleada de nombre Catherina. Ella explicó que no pueden hacer nada. Que debo subir al tranporte y esperar alli 11 horas hasta que salga mi vuelo y que ellos no me ayudaran. O sea, el servicio de Viator es dinero tirado a la basura. Lo que paso a la ida fue desastroso. Lo de la vuelta ya es terrible. Entiendo que ni yo ni Viator son respnsables de las suspensiones de BlueBird, pero es impensable que no haya un responsable con quien hablar y que todos en Viator se desentiendan. Me hspede en el hotel Sentido Sandy Beach.

Abholung vom Hotel wurde 3 Tage vor der Abreise kommuniziert und hat auch alles geklappt.
Bei der Hinreise mussten wir etwa eine halbe Stunde im Bus warten auf andere Gäste von anderen Flügen, war jedoch wirklich nur eine halbe Stunde und danach ging es bereits zu den Hotels. Alles in allem top. Kommunikation vor der Ankunft in Larnaca hätte etwas großzügiger ausfallen können zB wo man sich hinwenden muss am Flughafen, dies war mir nicht klar zunächst.

J’enlève juste une étoile car c’est dommage de ne pas avoir l’heure de rdv pour le transfert à l’aéroport directement. Il faut demander et pas toujours évident lorsqu’on a pas de forfait internet étranger.

Vi er rasende og skuffet. I skal betale os pengene tilbage på vores booking 216kr og den taxa vi betalte for at køre os til lufthavnen fordi i ikke kom 55 euro

La veille de la prise en charge, j'ai envoyé un message au conducteur via la plateforme, pour savoir dans quelle tranche horaire il passait nous prendre. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse et nous ne savions pas vers quelle heure on venait nous chercher. De plus, il s'agissait d'un énorme car qui est venu nous chercher et nous avions fait beaucoup de stop.
