The sand boarding experience was wonderful. The guide is very responsible. There are different level of choices. Either we can go to the very tall duns or little ones which are safer for kids or beginners. Kids had so much fun and good exercise.

Great! Friendly staff, straight on to the bus to the dunes when we got there and only a few minutes wait for the bus back. Quick and simple instructions, lots of great photos, not too hard to walk up the hill, good time had by all.
Good communication prior to the day as well.

I bought a ticket for 3:30pm, but when I got there, I was informed that the last bus to return was at 4:10pm.
Didn't see the last bus time on the viator website, it only says unlimited tour.
Google maps says 3:15 pm on the closing, actually the site still sells 3:30 pm tickets.
According to the staff's suggestion, I intended to switch to the next day to play, but my personal situation did not have time to play on, so I wanted to get a refund, but I was told to refund the ticket 24 hours in advance of the refund, that is, 24 hours to refund the ticket before the scheduled 3:30 pm. I felt it was very unfair, why not state that there would be no ride back at 4:10pm.
If the ticket had been refunded I would have brought more people back later often to make up for my regrets on this occasion, but now this won't be the case

We understand that arriving late can be frustrating, but we want to clarify that our tours are scheduled to depart sharply at 3:30 pm. Unfortunately, due to your late arrival at 4:00 pm, the tour had already left. Our staff member did their best to offer you an alternative by taking you to the sand hill, even with limited time before the returning bus at 4:30 pm.
We also offered you the opportunity to rebook for the following day to ensure you could have a full and enjoyable experience. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to take advantage of this offer.
Being on time is crucial, especially for our afternoon slots, to ensure that all guests have a full experience. We hope you understand that our scheduling is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Be aware that this service provider gave very poor customer service. The weather was a major issue, there was safety issues due to the flooding and they were having us meet at an abandoned resort. Not the scenario I wanted my family involved in. Other providers offered refunds before they were even asked. We know this because two other people we were traveling with this not only received a text but a email advising that due to inclement weather they would receive a full refund. This provider simply wanted to put us in a dangerous situation. A refund was not offered and when asked for, we were denied. The only explanation they offered was you go faster when the sand is wet. Going down the dunes in a deluge is not our idea of fun. Viator should reconsider their working relationship with this provider.

We enjoyed a wonderful experience and were cared by the staff extremely well. When we arrived at the sand dunes, we were greeted by a staff member who helped us provide more information and explained how to safely sand boarding as we were with our children.

Really fun activity to enjoy with friends or family. The check-in is smooth and quick, and once you get to the sand dunes, they give quick instructions on how to sit it stand on the board.
There is no time limit, so you can sandboard as much as you want.

A fun quick activity. Walking up the sand dunes was harder than expected but sliding down was fun. Only need a couple runs to get the effect and the buses bring you back whenever you’re ready.
