Airport pickup: After landing, please meet our airport greeter at the confirmed arrival meeting point. The greeter will hold a name sign with your lead traveler name and coordinate with your driver, who will be waiting nearby. Hotel pickup: Please wait at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the lobby or main entrance.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please enquire with the local tour operator prior to your travel date
- Roundtrip Option :Please provide your flight number, arrival time and hotel address for both arrival and departure transfers
- For airport pickups, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
- For hotel pickups, the date selected at checkout should be your departure pick up date
- • Please ensure that you are contactable at the contact number provided at checkout as the operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Great service! We used this same service for our pickup at the airport and delivery to the hotel so we thought why not use them again to get back to the airport. All went well. He was there to get us early, drive was good. I felt safe. We got to the airport with no problems. Car was comfortable and clean.

Clean car, welcoming and polite driver.
My group of 8 was met by two drivers in a 12 seater van at the airport for transfer to hotel. When booking I was only expecting 1 van but was pleasantly surprised.

I changed the pick-up time from 12 noon to 11AM. I made the changes several days before the actual pick-up day. The pick-up time change was confirmed via email and text. On the day of pick up, the driver did not show up on time but was 30 minutes late. He never received the new time for pick up. He showed me his instruction which was a 12 noon pick-up. At 11:30AM, we called a cab fearing that we could be late. This is when the driver showed up. We cancelled the cab coming. We can't blame the driver. It was the system, did not relay the change to the driver.

The driver was friendly and a good driver. He transferred us to the airport as described. He even found us after we changed our pick up location and Viator confirmed with us that the location was changed but didn’t communicate with the driver.

Wasn't sure where to go at first, but went out of the airport to the taxi/pick place, looked for my name on the barriers. Within 5 mins we were met by our driver and taken to the hotel in a nice, clean air conditioned car. Would recommend

It was very easy to schedule the pickup. I was worried because our pick up time was so early, 6am. The driver was on time and was knowledgeable of the airport and navigated us through the traffic to our gate safely. Great experience

When we arrived at the airport as we got out, my name was on a paper so it was easy to spot who we needed to get a hold of. The driver was very pleasant and professional and helpful. We got to our destination safely.

We used this service for both our trips to and from the airport. Our initial experience from the airport to the hotel was fantastic. The driver was sweet, and very informative, which made for a smooth and pleasant start to our trip.
Unfortunately, the return trip from the hotel to the airport was the opposite. Due to heavy rain and a car accident, we ran into unexpected traffic and informed the representative that we would be about 15 minutes late. Instead of understanding, she was incredibly rude and uncooperative, leaving us stranded. We ended up having to arrange for another way of transportation, which was both stressful and inconvenient.
While our first experience was great, the lack of customer service and flexibility during our return trip was disappointing. I would recommend this service with caution—be prepared for potential issues if something doesn't go as planned.
