Bird tour in Penang

This tour was a great introduction to the birds of the area. We are keen birders but this is new territory for us. Once in touch our guide Mr Ng communicated well and picked us up in good time. He took us to several diverse environments to see a variety of birds. He was a pleasant well informed local who was interesting to talk to as we drove to different places. I had wondered about the effect of the heat and if I would make the long day but we started early, rests in hie sue conditioned car gave a break us lunch and our afternoon places were by water so a bit of breeze and wafers meant less walking. A great introduction and highly recommended.
