Fantastic and Fun trip, didn't know what to expect with it being both a land and water tour. Glad we did it as very informative and fun at the same time, Charlotte made it extra special with her jokes and sense of humour. Would recommend this excursion to everybody!

I’ve been looking at going on aquaduck for a while but being local, didn’t get round to it. Decided to on my ‘staycation’. So glad I did. I got to see parts of Mooloolaba I hadn’t known existed, learnt historical facts and whilst the captain and the host had very different personalities- I actually got to hear information about the local area when the host was talking ( I usually can’t hear the information because people drop their vocal range). A fun hour on the canals

The ride was great fun and an enjoyable way of seeing all canal homes. Both the driver and commentator were knowledgeable and cheerful, and I would certainly recommend the trip to anyone holidaying at the coast.

Aquaduck broken down again

We waited for 30 minutes to be picked up. Then Aquaduck workers phoned customers individually to say that it had broken down, and wouldn’t be running. One woman said that was her third time that it happened to her. The Aquaduck worker couldn’t give confirmation it would be running. When I asked about a refund she said I would have to call the company I booked through. When I called the company they said they had to get confirmation first from Aquaduck that the trip was cancelled which they hadn’t received.

Hi Janelle. Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. Unfortunately break downs are out of our control, we try our best to accommodate everyone by offering refunds or rescheduling. As you booked through an agent, the refund has to go back through that agent as that is where you paid your money too. I can see in your notes that we have sent the agent an email to confirm the breakdown. Please contact them again if you have not received the money.

Seeing Croc one and the Irwin house! We are big fans of the Irwin family! It was fun hearing about the other famous people that have houses on the island too!
