Description says 1 hour 30 minutes. It was 45 minutes max. Driver also dropped us off at the wrong spot and had to come back and get us. It all seemed a bit unorganized. It was a cool experience, but I would book through someone else.

Good day Kelsey, we do apologies for the slight misunderstanding there was with the location. Our driver made a blunder which I personally apologies to you for and I can understand you voicing your concern about this. This has never happened with us before and I can assure you it will never happen again. We had an incident at one location and temporary moved our docking location. The driver was not updated in time as this happen during the transfer hence you got to the wrong location first. As soon as we communicated this he immediately got you guys back and the bus and moved you next door to the new dock location. We do appreciate you enjoying the tour regardless of this blunder and we also do wish to host you again one day in the near future.

Great experience. Time spent in the water is too short and time spent waiting for the tour to start is longer. People are very sweet and the spot is amazing.

The driver wasn’t very friendly. Barely talked at all which was disappointing considering it’s a majority of the tour. The lagoon was really cool… but the boat ride only lasted about 30 minutes.

I was waiting for almost 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time so I contacted the company through the app. I told them where I was outside they messaged me back and said they had canceled it but no one bothered to tell me that before this time.

Horrible experience. We couldn’t get picked up at set location and then the water did not light up at all. The water was really muddy. We drove more than the time on the water. 0/10 would not recommend.

Good day. You could not get picked up at the location as you were not staying at the hotel you listed and the hotel does not permit outside persons parking on there property. We gave you an option to park at your own discretion and travel or follow our driver you choose to follow which is ok. You requested a refund saying you did not do the tour now am surprise to see you saying you actually did and it was bad. We apologies for your disadvantages faced with this experience . Your experience was very unique for us but we are using this opportunity to learn and treat with further bookings. Thank you

We never saw any luminous waters. when the captain stopped the boat, the water was completely dark and no one advised us we can go out to swim before we all knew it. We were back at the dock. Pick another tour this one’s not worth it.

Our tour timing is standard as to how long you get to experience the lagoon, likewise for the details given while onboard the boat relating to the swim and history of the lagoon. Am not sure what transpired on your tour as you are the only person that made a complain. Nevertheless I’ll do an investigation into this matter to ensure whatever the circumstances, other future guest doesn’t encounter similar experience. This experience was amazing highly recommend , we saw once we got there was several other companies leaving in large groups with MXP you didn’t get that instead it was more personable and intimate setting . We ended up being on a boat with one other couple and was able to enjoy some rum punch and tunes on the boat ride out. The driver picking us up was excellent with Greta clear communication, promptness, clean vehicles and constantly checking on us to suit our needs…. 1000/10 recommend to anyone coming and thinking about doing. My spouse even was more shocked at how luminous the water was he was scriptural at first but now have the memories and pictures to share forever :)

Unique and unbelievable experience

First time in Jamaica and this is a MUST SEE, MUST DO experience! Our organizer was quick with getting us information about pickup times and about what would be needed for our trip. The van top-notch, the driver was prompt and friendly. On arrival we were greeted with Rum Punch which was just perfect as we watched the sunset as we waited for the night to darken for the tour. On the boat, the captain was entertaining and the crew was helpful. The actual Luminous Lagoon is such a unique experience. The pictures don't do it justice because it's definitely better in person. Highly recommend this experience!
