Leuke foody tour door Mechelen

Onze gids, Sophie, was zeer aangenaam en vlot in omgang. Ze liet ons heel wat mooie, bekende en minder bekende plekjes in Mechelen zien. De tour is ideaal om een goed beeld van Mechelen te krijgen: je bezoekt de verschillende delen van de stad en komt iets meer te weten over architectuur, geschiedenis en het culinaire aspect. We maakten een 6-tal stops om vooral typische Mechelse hapjes en drankjes te proeven. Wat drank betreft staan de Mechelse biertjes uiteraard centraal. We kregen ook een aantal leuke tips mee om de rest van ons weekend mee te vullen, zowel culinair als cultureel. Enige verbeterpuntje: de gids mocht nog iets meer begeesterd zijn door de stad om zo wat meer diepgang in de verhalen en weetjes te kunnen steken. Zeker en vast een leuke tour die zijn geld waard is!
