Excellent tour - very well organised.
Our Guide Zaidan was superb , he was a good company chatting whilst we were waiting for sunrise. as we have specific dietary requirement, he organised vegan breakfast for us.
I would give 5 star to Zaidan for customer service. Besides, the driver who picked up us from hotel in Surabaya to mount Bromo base and return was a safe driver - his driving skills gave us reassurance especially as I was apprehensive of drive during the night.

The sunrise was spectacular and colourful. Dress warm as temperatures hover just above zero until an hour or so after sunrise. The climb up the crater was exhausting but well worth it for the amazing views. Our guide, Zaidan, was very helpful and a great photographer.

We had an amazing experience visiting Mt. Bromo, thanks to our incredibly knowledgeable tour guide, Alhan. He explained everything we needed to know and did a fantastic job. Our driver, Andi, was also very skilled and ensured our safety on the road. The tour operator Arfi as well are very accomodating as a point of contact. Overall, we loved the experience.
Although it was tiring, it was definitely worth it.

Everything was perfectly well organized and the guide, Nadal, was lovely! The views were incredible, but don’t forget to bring warm clothes:) Would definitely recommend doing this trip!
