Great experience on a 40ft yacht through the Knysna heads and into the sea. Skipper and crew were great. Loved the whole experience!
A real sailing experience. The crew is skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. Outstanding trip on Knysna lagoon out to the sea and back.

A lovely evening, we met and checked in 30 mins early as requested, we left on time, sailed to the "Heads" and the Captain decided it was safe to sail from the Lagoon into the Indian Ocean, running parallel to the Coast, returning to the Lagoon for wine and snacks, the experience was well worth taking part in.

Thank you Samuel- As you state, your group arrived very late for the scheduled trip due to depart at 17h00- 20 minutes - but our check in and departure procedure required you to arrive 30 minutes before departure as clearly stated in the booking confirmation - so you were in fact 50 minutes late. It needs to be pointed out that this was In the hight of our December summer season - where we facing daily temperatures of 30degrees Celsius ++ - we simply cannot be expected to hang back and wait while other guests have boarded timeously. Our duty as an operator is to take care of and respect the clients who had arrived on time for their booked scheduled activity, departing 30 minutes late would mean that the entire day of scheduled trips would have been disrupted and cause many passengers inconvenience.
Captain Steve and his crew was amazing. They were attentive and made our sailing trip an unforgettable experience. We went out into the ocean and enjoyed riding the waves in the very well kept sailing boat.
The bubbly and snacks were delicious.
I would recommend this excursion to anyone

This cruise was wonderful and the team on board were amazing. The food served was the best I’ve ever had on a boat. However, I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get to actually experience the crux of the sunset on the boat which was the main point of this cruise. We docked at the best part of the sunset and so, we watched it coming off the boat instead.

So sorry to hear that the timing was out, its tricky when we are heading from one season to the next as the sunset time constantly shifts. Our vessel is also expected to be back at its mooring before nightfall for safety purposes.
Excellent way to experience Knysna lagune and open sea beyond the Knysna Heads. Experienced skipper and helpful assistants made the experience even more memorable.

Absolutely amazing. the crew made it so much fun. It was much more of an adventure than we were expecting. we saw lots of wildlife and riding the waves out into the open sea had my wife hugging me tightly, but my goodness... it was fun. then on our way back to the docks we took it nice and slow and the dinner was amazing. absolutely incredible experience. we loved it!
