The driver just didn't pick us up. The tour operator tried to get us to pay in cash because of Viator's commission; when we refused, they told us to fck off and called us shaitans.

We are extremely surprised and concerned by this review. These allegations are absolutely unacceptable and do not reflect our company’s standards. Could you please provide any written evidence, messages, or other documentation showing that our team asked you to pay in cash because of Viator’s commission or used the language you mentioned? We also do not understand why our team would ask you for cash for a booking already made through Viator. The booking and payment are handled through the Viator system, so there would be no logical reason for us to request such a payment. We take this allegation very seriously and are ready to investigate the matter with Viator based on any evidence you can provide.
